The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel was in a great location. The room was clean, neat, and well-designed.

The window looked out onto a wall, and the elevator was extremely small.

This hotel was very charming with historical furnishings. The location was perfect as it was close to the main square and walkable to everything in the city center. They arranged an airport transportation for 30 Euros. The room was clean and the ac worked great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They had drinks on hand for purchase and immediately replaced the hairdryer when ours stopped working.

The breakfast was not the best but we enjoyed the coffee and fruit.

Traveling alone (on this leg of my trip) I needed to stay a day and half because of a late flight. The 4 receptionists, and the hotel owner, I met were ALL so welcoming, friendly, and took special care to make my stay very enjoyable. This hotel staff creates a "family" feeling if you choose to get to know them. Situated in the heart of restaurants, it is a good location. Thank you all for an enjoyable stay that I was originally not looking forward to .

The room, the place, the people working there were excellent

Wifi connection, although there are two available they connect and disconnect so it is not reliabled. I had to buy cell phone coverage.

Great location near the sights of Catania in a beautiful baroque building with an elevator. Ample breakfast included if you choose that rate. Know which one you are booking! TV but not a smart TV. Spaciousness of the room and bathroom was appreciated! Comfortable bed. Very clean, and towels were refreshed daily. Staff very helpful and booked us a taxi for very early pick up on day of departure.

Every hotel should offer two kinds of pillows: a firm pillow and a softer pillow so guests can choose their preference. This hotel did not offer the softer, unfortunately. Some decor on the walls would have been nice. The room is quite bare.

The hotel occupies two floors of an old historic building that needs to be renovated, although the hotel’s premises have been recently refurbished.

The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, Giovanni and the guy in the dining room. They were very attentive. The room was clean and spacious. Location was great.

The rooms are not very soundproof and there was quite a lot of mouse but this died down later and didn’t stop me sleeping. It was maybe a little far from the centre?

Pleasant old style building. Wifi and hot water fine. Fridge totally silent all the time (a first!). Slightly faded room but perfectly acceptable. Didn't try breakfast. Handy for lots of restaurants and bars

Street not too noisy despite being a main thoroughfare. However a street cleaning vehicle can turn up at 0430.

The location was great and easily accessible by the public transport from the airport, bus and railway station. The hotel is rather small and rooms are spacious. The beautiful park is very close and the important sightseeing places.

I would suggest this accommodation for warmer months of the year. In winter the only heating is A/C which in colder days isn't sufficient. Same thing goes for hot water. It takes few minutes to reach hot water which is a waste of water, sadly. I guess in Summer it wouldn't matter. When we arrived the breakfast needed improvement, but it became better later.

The location was fantastic. In the centre, a short walk from the Bellini gardens and round the corner from some great bars and restaurants.

Not a real negative but the hotel does not have a reception on street level. You have to ring a bell and go up to the first floor. Not a big deal but it's good to know when you're looking for the place. Breakfast was basic.

Excellent location in the heart of Catania, close to Villa Benini and the main shopping street. The staff were incredibly friendly and communicative, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast was outstanding, offering everything you could need. The rooms were spotless, and the hotel's Renaissance-style interior was both stylish and comfortable, adding a unique charm. I particularly loved that the rooms had unique names instead of numbers – a delightful touch!
