The sound of the sea!

There was nothing good about our experience here. The location was nice. The staff and the facilities were in need of much improvement.

Very near the airport. Next to the beach. Two bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not far from the airport. Meal at restaurant was good. Close to the water.

Poor signage and access to property. Property was poorly maintained - roads were in bad condition, unit was basic and not like photos in advert, no facilities, very small room and bathroom. Bed was not comfortable.

There was no cleaning stuf to remove the sand. The cabine was small and the price to high

Booked as I had early flight next day, it is reasonable close to Airport, 15min drive. Free parking on site.

Paid for Studio with complete kitchen, was given just a room with no kitchen. Asked reception after I checked in why was I given different room to one paid, answer was Booking.com allocates automatically rooms when booked online, nonsense basically. He did offer to change the room which I declined as I was there for 1 night only. Place or wooden huts should I say as they are made of timber, and it is full of sand everywhere, including wardrobe, fridge , bathroom. Not cleaned properly, a hoover could have done the job, but then again it is a beach hut. You can hear next door all conversations and noises. Was woken up by new arrivals at 1 clock in the morning and I had to get up at 5 myself.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was good. Amazing simple cabin right on the beach and close to the town. Wonderful chili plants and cacti in the gardens, clean rooms and clean communal areas

Very old and not well maintained holiday-village. Ni WiFi possible. TV didn´t work . Very basic interiour.No blankets. Very loud in the night, party started at 3 a.m. until 5 in the morning. Bad restaurant.Poor breakfast. For 110, 00 € / night too expensive, poor value for money.

The hole night there was a beach party next to our bungalow. At 6.30 a.m. the drum machines were shut down. Didn't sleep at all.

Location amazing beach

There was a power outage and they had no generator for the rooms . So there was no AC . Loud music from a nearby bar until 3 am

The beach is close.

There was a big problem with electricity in the village, which they could have let us know before we arrived.They told us after the check in that there is no electricity. When we were in the bungalow we also realized that there was no water. They would refuse to offer us any other accomodation or provide any other help. No chance to get a refund no other help. I definitely wouldn't recommend or return here.

The location was very convenient and it is beach front. The staff members were super nice and helpful.

They do have wifi, but unfortunately it did not reach my bungalow. The restautant food is a bit disappointing, especially knowing the food culture of Sicily.

No villa or bungalow on the property is more than 5 minutes from the beach. We stayed in one that overlooked the sand and the surf and it was stunningly beautiful. The grounds are gorgeous with lots of plants, flowers, tree cover, and beautifully painted buildings. The restaurant provides a wonderful changing menu on a daily basis that emphasizes Sicilian cuisine and charges prices that are in line with what you would expect if you were grabbing lunch/dinner/breakfast in Catania proper. The staff are welcoming, kind, thoughtful, and professional. I came with my mother (65 years old) and my sister (30s) and we couldn't have been happier with our interactions with the employees. Furthermore, the Villiago employs a group of high school/university aged people to provide entertainment to the guests that varies from water aerobics, volleyball, dancing, karaoke, etc. for the adults and games, crafts, or other activities for the children. It's truly a wonderful group of people who work there.

The rooms are small and showing their age. Although we were perfectly happy to stay there, we got the impression that the facilities were built a few decades ago and recently went through a several years of decline. Our toilet leaked and our room had a musty smell that was difficult to get rid of. With that being said, several of the buildings had new roofs, our bungalow had obviously been repainted recently, and there was a gym and several canopies in the process of being installed on the grounds to expand the areas near the restaurant and likely meet guest requests. Overall, we felt the price we paid was still a bargain compared to the quality of the staff, food, location, and overall experience. The upgrades to the facilities show that in the next few years, our complaints will likely be put at ease.

Location right on the beautiful beach, staff is really friendly and helpful, breakfast included, free supervised parking on the premises.

kitchen/kitchenette is poorly equipped, there are too few sockets in the app, it is not really regularly maintained, so it feels a bit outdated.
