The staff, breakfast, and location were just wonderful!

Breakfast had many choices. Staff very attentive. Location perfect for touring and proximity to transportation

Convenient location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet. Balcony had beautiful views to the back.

The room had only one small picture for decor. It was a little stark.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful. Breakfast was quite good - lots of options. A few good restaurants nearby are worth checking out - I Santi Pizzaria and Trattoria da Patrizia. Location is a short walk from the train station, which is why we chose it. Also close to the Teatro Massimo Bellini, which is worth a morning tour if, like us, you are unable to get tickets to a performance.

Room was not as big as we'd expected from the online photos - but we had just enough room. Catania is a bit "rougher" than other cities we visited in eastern Sicily. Price was the highest we paid in Sicily, but not the best value.

The staff were friendly and made me feel at home right away, giving tips on the location, places to eat, etc. The room was clean and well-appointed with a small balcony and comfortable bath.

Great location, but it was the staff that made the difference. Friendly, attentive, and quick to solve any situation. Beautiful renovated bathroom

This is a small hotel run with a staff that is eager to help you. The staff offered help when my tour canceled, and was generally quite friendly.

Mattress a bit hard but they happily put some padding on for me.

Less then 15 minute walk from Catania Centrale station and less than 10 minute to the historic centre. This Hotel is located in a great spot. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and always greeted with a smile! Breakfast was plentiful with both savoury and sweet options. The lovely breakfast waitress always asked what coffee you would like! My room was large and comfortable with a renovated bathroom. I would highly recommend Hotel Centrum for its location and friendliness of staff. Thank you for a great stay in Catania.

Excellent location, excellent staff special mention to Paula who was wonderful. The room was clean, the breakfast had all necessities, the location was very near the touristic area (10min walking max)

Lack of isolation you could hear noise at night but nothing that one can’t handle

Comfortable and clean room, plenty of hot water, outstanding breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly staff, fantastic central location.

The elevator doesn’t stop on the first floor, which is where our room was.

Breakfast was excellent. The woman who worked the front desk was incredibly efficient and polite. The room was nice, nothing out of the ordinary. Your location is great and I loved staying here.

We really liked the bathroom- spacious, light, had everything that you’d need.I liked that there was a safe in the room.The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and couldn’t do enough for guests particularly Paola on reception who pointed out places of interest and places to eat.

The breakfast was good if you like a very sweet breakfast. There were savoury choices but not many at all. I would also have liked fresh juices as opposed to very sweet manufactured ones. The fruit on offer was not very plentiful or even fresh.

Good location near historic area of Catania. Staff was helpful. Nice breakfast. Good value.

We loved the Hotel Centrum. A very good place, clean, newly fitted out and lovely staff. They let us store our bike boxes in their garage.
