We like everything, is the best, perfect, wonderful!

Great location, nearby good restaurants and the water. Appreciated cleanliness of room each day! Room was very spacious and loved the free breakfast in the mornings.

The jacuzzi was not working when we arrived. Water splattered everywhere. Told front desk and they told us to fill it up all the way and try again but didn’t want to risk making a mess again and it had a terrible smell.

Location, room size and breakfast on the roof top excellent.

Access to hotel is a little bit tricky if you are arriving from the airport.

Loved this hotel as bookends for our 10-day trip to Sicily. Luxurious, spacious room with a balcony was perfect. Great shower! The staff was welcoming and easy to communicate with. They arranged taxi service to the airport, and it was 25 euros. Delicious breakfast included on the rooftop with nice views. Great location. We walked to the market and explored the city easily. Took a day trip to Mt. Etna from here using a private tour guide.

I thought an airport shuttle was included. It cost 45 euros in a cab to the hotel.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and informative. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of variety. The roof top restaurant was nice with a view of the sea.

Location was a little out of the way, a good distance from the center and historic parts of the city. There were a limited number of restaurants around the hotel. Stayed on the 3rd floor under the roof top restaurant and it was very noisy from sliding chairs and tables during breakfast(6:30 to 8:00)and supper(20:00 to 23:30) times.

The staff is very welcoming,the view of the see was perfect,the neighborhood is seifer than odher places of the city.

Every thing was great, except having a night club on the roof top, our room was right under it , no sleep till 1am!

The breakfast was excellent. There was a large variety of breakfast items to choose from. The view from the rooftop restaurant was beautiful.

The area around the hotel was a little on the seedy side. Although the rooftop bar view was beautiful, our room was on the first floor and you could see the graffiti on some places when you had a closer view.

I had just flown that am to the area. I asked about the restaurants on the premises. I was told they were completely booked because of an air show that afternoon. I was not allowed even takeout to my room. I was a paying customer staying there. Not even a bottled water in my room. I was given the names of 2 other restaurants in the area. I attempted to go to them and was refused because I was alone. So there was no food!! Very disappointed and will not stay there again. ?

Seemed newly renovated, clean, great view, great roof top restaurant with wonderful view to both Etna and the sea, very well located and very nice smilling staff.

Very very noisy. Guests from the other rooms were not respecting at all the quite hours, shouting on the hallway at 00.30, also in the morning at 6 AM, smashing doors and so on. We could not rest almost at all during our stay so if you have a sensitive child as well, from this perspective I was not happy.

The Staff was exceptional with hospitality and service. The room was fully stocked and immaculate. Kudos to Housekeeping. The shower was exceptional.

The size of my unit did not equate to the rate. Price value and the toilet was almost under the sink. Totally not good.

Very good personnel. Nice interior, underground parking. Warm (was a bit too warm for us) in the room. Very good breakfast. Very nice roof top bar/restaurant.

Breakfast is embarrassing for a 4 star hotel. It is a waste of money. People were confused about getting to the restaurant to eat thinking they were in the wrong place.

- the first floor rooms have a wonderful terrace, pleasant to go out to all year round (probably),- the service is great, and they were able to accommodate a nonstandard favor request - the beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom had a nice, clean, large shower

- I find the "above average breakfast" misleading, and there were no backfills for what guests have taken (so we usually didn't have almost any meat to choose from after 8:30am), the coffee machine often ran out of milk too

Your car is safe in the garage, behind two lock-up doors. Worth it if you're just passing through with a lot of stuff in your car and need a central place to stay for the night.

AC units below my window were noisy, the bathroom fan didn't want to turn off. I've called the maintenance gentleman, but he said it will automatically turn off - which it didn't.

The rooftop breakfast was lovely as was my terrace with 6 chairs.

Air conditioning non functional. Too far out of town but I chose that deliberately...slight regret. A lovely fishing harbour just down the hill opposite though with a nice restaurant.

Location too loud, bed very old uncomfortable! We got a room smell like mold and garbage! They changed with a see view. Safe didn’t work and couldn’t look the balcony door! Stuff very nice, breakfast ok! Rooftop restaurant food really good! Would not recommend, sorry!
