Breakfast was lacking variety. They did not refill fruit etc once finished. It was disappointing

The breakfast was okay. The room was clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked very well. The staff was friendly. Recommended for short stay.

The location of the Hotel. The sorroundings were not so good.

Room was very nice. The older (?) gentleman in the reception was nice and friendly.

The a/c was steered from reception; not practical when the a/c shuts down in the middle of the night. Also no hot water in the morning in the shower. Breakfast was good, but the girl working there wasn't serviceminded at all. No guests in the breakfast room but she was still too busy clearing tables instead of attending us. Also the younger receptionist was quite unfriendly and strangely suspicious when we picked up our luggage to go to the airport and asking for payment for the room (we had checked out many hours ago...). Left kind of bad impression of the whole stay. The area was very dirty and the litter from the streets blow in to the hotel entrance. I would clear the street in front of the hotel even if it wasn't the hotel's responsibility.

The staff were really lovely, and there was a safe parking garage for guests at €10 a night. The room was recently decorated and the bed comfy. Short walk into the city centre.

Our aircon was set to 'restricted' and the fan setting didn't help the heat, so we had to sleep with our balcony doors open, which was noisy and didn't feel very secure. We didn't think the breakfast was great and was mostly gone by 9am.

Very nice room, spacious, big and comfortable bed, nice bath, super bathroom and shower. Location is very convinient 2 minutes walk from the central boulevard with the metro station and less than 10 minutes from the central locations. However, first 2 minutes are in a sketchy neighborhood.

I liked everything about the hotel except for the location. The man at the reception desk said we should not walk around the neighborhood after 10pm. That worried us. Also the parking in a garage was convenient but the area across the garage door was filthy with trash. Maybe the hotel could put a trash bin there to make the garage entrance more inviting

Absolutely not a 3 star hotel: poor and dusty, I didn’t have the hot water in my room due to technical issues of the property but they didn’t offer me a refound and they didn’t change me the room: I HAD TO STAY WITHOUT HOT/WARM WATER IN THE ROOM being forced to do cold shower!!!And the AC was not working as well!!!

This is not a 4-star by any stretch of the imagination. It is at most two stars. There are too many aspects to mention here, but trust me, as I travel a lot, and I always stay in 4 or 5-star hotels. The staff is nice and friendly but that cannot hide all the other shortcomings. So, I was disappointed to pay 140 euros per night for this hotel, and I would like people to know that it really is a 2-star hotel, so they should not charge more than 60-80 euros per night for a room.

Our stay was disappointing for a supposedly 4-star hotel. The first room we were given had a broken door that wouldn’t close and wasn’t properly cleaned. The staff kindly moved us to another room, but it still had issues: hair on the bathroom floor, a leaking shower, toilet door that wouldn’t close, and no way to regulate the room temperature. The location felt unsafe, which added to the discomfort. I can’t recommend.

Clean and nice room. Very nice bathtub in the room, comfortable to lay inside. Enough space. Helpful stuff working there.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent being very close to the center, which I made exploring the city extremely convenient. One of the standout features is the covered garage, which is a rare find in such a central area.

I found the breakfast to be a bit underwhelming. It lacked variety and didn't offer much in the way of international selection. i think they could improve by adding more option to cater to a wider range of tastes.

Very spacious, I loved the bath overlooking my juliet balcony. Very charming.

The street got a little noisy first thing in the morning. Italians sure like to use their horns a lot.

Easy to find and to get to by car, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.

They need to work with the prefecture to better the surroundings.

Not sure about the immediate neighborhood - I did confirm with the front desk that it was safe for single woman to walk at night & I didn’t have any issues. I would probably choose a different area when going back to Catania.

Spacious room and very good shower room. Area very quiet and close to the centre but quite rundown . The breakfast was excellent. Amazing fresh pastries and cakes each day.

The staff were great , friendly smiles and helpful. Good breakfast choices. The room was comfortable. Central.
