It is in a good location and you can do self-checkin and checkout.

Stairs… as it is an old building there is no elevator. Obviously you carry luggage, it is really challenging plus it is the last floor.

the biggest thing about this hotel is that it is 100% wheelchair accessible. I think that is AMAZING. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating. They offered parking, and helped me when. my flight got super delayed.

BUT, as a person who is lucky to not need these things, the bathroom for me was quite uncomfortable. Because the way the shower is made, it was impossible to take a shower without soaking the floor. Which was quite annoying.

Nice and clean. The staff was really nice and the check in was easy even though we arrived before check in because we had gotten an earlier flight from Rome. It was a short walk to the botanical gardens and restaurants.

It's not a luxury hotel with a bar etc. but who cares ... ? Simplicity instead of cosiness could be a small issue if you travel here over Christmas. But who knows they will put up a Chhristmas tree.

Quiet location, relatively modern building and very clean. We got excellent service from the staff. The room was very spaceious.

Had to do a self check in due to very short opening hours at the reception. That being said, the proces went quite smooth nonetheless.The room felt a bit like sleeping in an office - not so cozy.

This small hotel is probably new. It is an island of style and cleanliness in a neighbourhood of grey and disrepair. All is very secured with electronic cards (gate, parking, elevator, door…), and perfectly clean. The room was comfortable and big enough, and it was evident that a lot of effort had gone into making the bathroom as accessible as possible to disabled people. It is close enough to the city centre. The welcome was excellent.

It is still a 25min walk to go from the hotel to the Cattedrale. Due to missing side-walks, walking in the surrounding streets can feel a bit dangerous. A shower curtain is missing in the bathroom to avoid wetting everything when washing.

the hotel feels very secure. the rooms are clean, the lady at the reception helped us with any information. They were so nice, we had an early morning flight and they took such care to make us breakfast and leave it in the room. The check in and check out was very simple. The hotel is 20 minutes by bus from the city's Duomo, the metro station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel elevator is new, the room is digitized, the blinds open from the buttons, the air conditioning works perfectly. Everything was very good.
