Hotel Borgo Verde

Very nice, friendly and supportive owner and the staff, nice quiet villa, good comfortable room.

Breakfast, although very nice per se, might be a bit more enriched. But it was nice anyway.

Close to metro, and I was able to take a bus from the airport to the metro. Great breakfast. Some staff were outstanding....

Big facility that was a little dated, located in residential neighboorhood that lacked sidewalks. Be careful when arriving or leaving, especially with bags.

Too difficult to find the location, particularly at night, the area does not enjoy too much light. Very poorly placed sign for the location, so small you are very likely to miss it.

Old rooms..not working wifi all our stay. Too many noises at night and listening what they are doing next door. The pool was full.of leaves and it's closed.

Great people, nice size room. Lovely balcony on the garden and pool. Great green oasis about 10mns walk to the subway than 15mns into town.

Pool not in use. Poor choice of breakfast. Being in Italy I was expecting fresh juices, cheeses, cakes but small choice and industrial. Very disappointed

Our room was in an annex on first floor, no lift. Would have loved some tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Nice and quiet property with big balconies and friendly staff. Calm neighbourhood

At least 10 min walk to the next metro station. Bus station in front of property though. Pool was not usable that was the only thing missing.

The nice breakfast, with buffet plus served coffee or milk, the high trees in the garden around the pool, the quiet relaxing atmosphere with few birds whistling around, and the kindness of the staff.

the room doors are not isolating that much, you can hear the other guests in the corridor, or while in the corridor you can hear the guests talking in their rooms.

he staff was very friendly and helpful However, the breakfast offered was very basic.The hotel location is not good at all, not convenient if you’re on public transportation. There are no sidewalks at the Hotels street, it was challenging and somewhat hazardous to navigate on foot, not safety. This made exploring the surrounding area less enjoyable and somewhat risky.The were no plugs in the room to charge a phone, the only plug was in the bathroom…Also very thin walls, so very noisy at night and at 7:00 am they start cleaning with the vacuum .. exactly what you want when you are in holidays…Unfortunately I couldn’t used the bathtub, because it’s was soo dirty ??Nice hotel but total overpriced…

Very clean and comfortable, delicious and abundant breakfast, the garden and green area is beautiful.

The position, if you don't have a car, is not very convenient to reach.

Overpriced, old facilities, pool was closed. The eggs at the breakfast was green(!) and the breakfast itself had low level of imagination. The "AC" was really loud and gave no cool air.

The hotel was a kind difficult to find and needs an update. The bed was good although it wasn't levelled. Nearly no possibilities in the immediate area to have dinner, as the hotel apparently did not offer this on Saturday and Sunday? Flushed some bugs in the shower.

at first they gave us a room that was not cleaned,but i suppose that was a mistake, and then they gave us other room wich had a loud noise from the AC compartiment ( and was off!) so not much sleep. not expecting that from this hotel, since we've been on more 9 hotels in sicily.. the second room where we stayed that was not on the principal hotel building.

I liked the green environment, the location was great, it have good parking and the breakfast was delicious! I had would like that the pool were available, I hope that they fix it soon

Room very comfortable, plenty of hot water. Good choice of breakfast items but unfortunately very little for vegans. Parking on-site invaluable. Best of all were the staff, pleasant and very helpful.

We would have appreciated being able to dine in the restaurant but it was open only evenings Mon to Fri.

Localization in quaiet place. Very proffesional stuff. Old style but comfortable room.

Breakfast was quite varied. However the staff did not know how to make a good cup of tea. There was no kettle available, so they warmed the water in the coffee machine!

The airconditioning in the room was a disappointment. We complained that the ac was not cooling (temperature that day was almost 30deg). They moved the temp dial and said that it was working. Again, the next morning we complained that the room was hot. Again we were told that they would fix it. When we returned to the room in the evening, the situation was exactly the same. Another receptionist came up to check the ac, and said that she had fixed it. Once again, that night, the room was terribly hot. On the day of our departure, the receptionist offered us a fan!!!!!!!!!We had no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Electric kettle just does not exist.Also, the swimming pool was not accessible to guests.
