- Location is perfect varkateli metro station is near by so we can go anywhere in Tbilisi very ease.only thing I liked about the property is it's location
Cons -
- everything smelled smoky, especially bed linen, it was not visible that cleaning had been there before our arrival or it had been really poor there was a neighbour in front of our room who smoked badly and didnt even close his door and no one did anything about it there was no bathroom in our room
- At first we got a room that was small smelly and broken. Then we got a room that Most of the room was broken. The heat barely worked and the place was little bit sketchy
- Rooms are not clean Bathroom is not at all clean No washing machine Bed was not good Not value for money
