Free parking, layout of room, ease of check in

Usual 3 person room arrangement. However bunk terrified child. Ended up putting mattress on the floor. No real guard to keep him safe. Magnetic card failed twice. Won’t be back!

Dogs allowed, location,

Shower was detached from wall, so you couldn't stand under it. Bed headboard was scratched up. Push buttons broken.

Very helpful staff. We've stayed here a few times before. Decent sized car park and only 10 minutes drive from St Omer town centre.

The room was small. No plug in the sink and the toilet area was very small.

Whilst the reception and room were OK the outside of the place looked like something out of present-day Gaza but having stayed there once before I knew what we were getting.

How the outside condition of the place has deteriorated.

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and a great night's sleep. Airy and spacious foyer.

The building suffers from lack of funding for maintenance, with buckets capturing drips from the ceiling and the outside looking tired.

It was a pleasant short stay. The rooms were clean, and the night porter was very friendly and helpful, even with a small language barrier. Well done!

Location and price.Like en suite bathroom

Window only opens a small amount and it was very hot humid weather.Had to close the window during night as noise from nearby Lorry park

Good Night Hotel in Arques is a good place to stay when you just need a place to sleep when you are travelling.

The shower is really tiny.

Good basic and simple. Great staff always helpful. Suits our budget. Cheers.

Fruit juice is concentrated. Need to add water. At this budget everything is as you’d expect. Could do with an overhaul of some of the cosmetics but that will be moaning.

Convenient location and good value

Requested ground floor room on booking as disability but was given upstairs room with no lift.

Peaceful location despite a main road being nearby, saying that I had the rear view area looking over some lorry park which was probably why.

From the photographs on the website I was expecting something equivalent to what I saw but couldn't help but see that the appearance and condition was looking very run down. Stale odours everywhere, The bathroom was a pre-built cubicle that I struggled to move around in. If you are of a large build then showering will be difficult. I'm 181cm and slim build. Bed linen and blankets have seen better days. Take your own towel, supplied ones are not adequate. Supplied towels used to soak up the leaking shower door as the room was filling up with water. You get what you pay for but the old Lemon hotel across the road was shut down and I would have preferred to stay there having experienced that a few years ago. Similar style of hotel but much better than this. Be careful in the car park, you may see the potholes in the photographs, they are still there, some deep ones.

Not far from Calais and I had stayed in the town in the past.

As good as it gets for the price perfect for a over night stay .We have used this place 4 times and always good Cheap no frills very convenient

What did I like? Getting out of there.

Picking this place! I paid £40 through Booking.com with no explanation I had to use a keyboard at the front of the building - I phoned the hotel which kept ringing and could actually hear it from within the building - no one anywhere to help. No option to inquire for a refund or email B.com for help after looking today! Unreal. Been using Booking.com over the last ten years and I genuinely believe that's my last time going off this experience. Multibillion pound business and no help...... wow

The staff were good and the bed comfortable

Shower too small, coffee at breakfast was not very nice , very large pot holes at the entrance to the car park , exterior of the hotel looked a bit run down and could do with brightening up

It was cheap for 3 people.

Mould on the ceiling, toilet seat fell off and the room smelt of cigarette smoke when you opened the window.
