ibis budget Saint-Omer Centre

Free parking and wifi. Great location.

Nothing particular comes to mind.

Friendly hotel within walking distance of the nearby town centre. Breakfast here was awesome and appreciated after some rather strong beer. Staff super helpful throughout. Excellent large car park with plenty of space! I'd definitely stay here again if I was to revisit Saint-Omer.

Price! Location good, only a short walk to st Omer centre. Car park fine.

The vending machine needed filling up.

really a no fuss budget hotel, with easy checkin checkout. Hotel has ample parking spots. Room was compact and comfortable with all facilities.

Breakfast could be better.

Bathroom layout was good for people sharing room. Shower excellent, with shelf to put stuff on.

Some dirt in corners of floor. Bedlinen smelled very slightly of stale cigarette smoke. (My sister-in-law made the same comment about her room). Bedside "table" much too small. Breakfast room too small and food not conveniently laid out (eg juice before glasses to pour it into) - this wouldn't have been a problem if the small room hadn't been so crowded. I was woken up at 1.00 am by people going to their room without making any effort to be quiet - not really the hotel's fault but I was then awake for two hours, and my tolerance for the inconvenient breakfast room was lowered by lack of sleep.

The bedroom was well laid out. The breakfast was good.

The ambience felt a little dark and dingey even though it actually wasn't.

Location, short walk to pretty town a restaurants.

The air conditioning

I know this is an Ibis Budget, but there are better value budget hotels available. I think they've cut too many corners, and the breakfast was very disappointing.

As a frequent traveller, for the price the hotel was good. Clean ,fairly comfortable bed, breakfast was adequate, the staff were excellent. Would stay again.

The air conditioning was noisy.

Cheap hotel in a good location for st Omer centre with parking.Breakfast good and early

The parking was close but not particularly secure (although we had no problems). Evening meal selection was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

It was noisy and the twin arrangements were not particularly good, the room felt cramped.

We had to leave 10 mins after checking in due to a family emergency back home. I emailed ibis and they are refunding for the 2md night and for the breakfasts. They were very understanding and sent their condolences.

We use this place as a stop over going skiing . Its functional, clean , comfortable and a good price with breakfast. But

Very convenient location: easy to access, free on site parking and a short walk to the town centre. Large supermarket, Auchan, a 5 minute drive away. Friendly helpful staff.

clean room, quick checkin

I was given a room on the ground floor with my dog and whilst we were trying to get to sleep early we were constantly awoken by people coming into the other rooms on that floor and slamming the doors up to nearly midnight. Next time I would ask for a room on the 3rd floor at the end. However I would also like to say that I stayed at Ibis Troyes Est the previous night and whilst there was no noise from other residents, the room I was given at the back of the hotel was next to the hotel air conditioning unit and so the noise of this kept me awake all night as it did no switch off. So my lesson learned is. 1. Ask for a room far away from the hotel air conditioning unit. 2. Do not take a room on the ground floor tks

Reception was very good at 0100Private toiletHeating control system
