Pros +
- The property is an older ibis but the check in was friendly and the room was clean. What makes up for the tiny room is the location to downtown + there is parking on the property. The breakfast was a good value for money.
- Breakfast was pretty good for this class of hotel in France. Very nice, central location, good for walking to restaurants etc in town.
- Central location.
Cons -
- Nothing they could do anything about. It was nice enough but the room is small.
- The room was only just big enough to contain the bed with minimal additional floorspace at the end/on either side. Fine if you dont have loads of luggage or expect to spend much time in the room. Entrance to hotel parking is narrow, and the street provides very limited turning circle. Some larger cars are likely to have trouble getting in (we gave up after 2 attempts, with a bike carrier on an SUV). However, there is pleanty of public parking nearby.
- Filthy toilet. Someone else’s poo in the pan when we entered the room.Dirty grout in bathroom.

There isn’t anything not to like!Staff so helpful and very friendly, interested why you visiting, and advised on locations to visit.Helped me to by getting me a table in bar to eat due to me not able to eat at restaurant down to poorlo Arm!
Central and convenient for Calais
Room and bathroom very small. Stayed in better for same tariff
Good location with easy access to parking.
The bedrooms were very small, confusing check in and the bed was rock hard so didn’t not sleep well.
Excellent location, very good breakfast, staff all very friendly and helpful.
Tea and coffee facilities in room, also a box of tissues.Bedside lights very bright
I loved the location and the onsite parking and the staff were lovely. I think it was slightly overpriced and the parking could have been free.
Room was clean and bed comfortable, we don’t offen have breakfast but on the occasions we have nothing disappointed, We always eat in restaurant in evening, limited choice but all really recommended.Again staff excellent both front of house and kitchen!
Can’t fault anything From walking in to leaving, staff very welcoming, service very good and on several occasions the manager has been on reception and welcomed us back!
Good location, pleasant staff and wonderful breakfast
Uncomfortable. Toilets in reception very smelly.
Room far too small.
The reception staff and bar staff were really lovely and friendly. The little bar downstairs was really good and the drinks were amazing. The room was clean and the cleaning ladies made sure it was cleaned and tidied during our stay which was a really lovely touch. The little village this is situated in is so nice and pretty. The things to see within an hours drive are truly beautiful. It would be amazing if the staff had recommendations on places to visit but unfortunately they didn’t so we had to figure that out for ourselves!
• The mattress was super uncomfortable and thin, the pillows were so flat, they basically served no purpose… • We had breakfast the first morning which was quite pricey at 25€ and not really worth it, scrambled egg and sausage in the hot part, croissants and pain au chocolat weren’t fresh and I didn’t really understand why there was a giant madeleine. Wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.• Because we really enjoyed the bar, we thought we’d perhaps try the restaurant one evening, we soon decided against that after the attitude of one of the waitresses (brunette older lady), she spent both days just slagging off openly a member of the bar staff and honestly it was enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable. It really created a negative atmosphere, we ended up leaving and walking around the town.
We have stayed at the Ibis St Omer several times. The location is perfect, parking is a big plus. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we look forward to staying again soon.
Great stay. Location is great. We paid for parking which made things a lot easier. We also had the breakfast. There was a nice selection and there was bacon and scrambled eggs. The room has everything you need.
Stayed here about 6 times which speaks for itself.Great location for shopping and many restaurants.Good to leave the car in the carpark and walk everywhere.
All as expected.
Always good value for money staying here and very convenient location for Le Shuttle. Staff very friendly, a good breakfast and secure parking. The evening meal was nice too.
Our room was a little smaller than usual but cosy all the same. One of the bedside lights was broken which we reported straight away. Fortunately the lighting in the room was ok so we managed.
Staff
Room, very small and had to turn heating on in December, very cold. No heating in the shower room.
They the room every day! People working there for cleaning make a huge difference!!
Everything is ok. I would have love to have more fresh fruits for breakfast and fresh pressed juice. The patissery could be better. It is important to reflect French patisserie… A little bit far from the train station. Outside that, everything is really ok.
We have stayed at this hotel many times, always good value for money and the staff are all very nice. Secure parking, nice breakfast and evening meal was good too. Very quiet.
Nothing, all good
Its a great location.
I've been staying here for over ten years. The rooms are in need of a refresh and are now looking quite shabby. Broken fittings in the bathroom and generally bit bit worse for wear. The prices have increased significantly but the overall quality is getting steadily worse. Breakfast has suffered in content and quality and not a patch on what it used to be.
