Lack of staff, small room, even smaller bathroom, noise from restaurant still at gone 23.00 hours, poor shower..

Good restaurant. Easy to find. Free parking.

Need new towels, they were really thin.

I always use the chico when I'm in St omer. Good parking, good staff, good restaurant and decent value.

There's no bar where you can have a drink. You have to go in for dinner to get one. On this visit there were 2 things that were below par, 1, in the restaurant they set a table right up against the bar for dinner. I felt very much in the way. 2, the shower head in the bathroom (room 14) was broken.

Good central location with fabulous view of le station.

Room small, we are 1.70 and 1 85m, it was too cramped for us.

Excellent location for the Euro Tunnel. We have eaten at the restaurant before, and it is very good, but as they were closed Sunday evening, we had a meal at the Indian restaurant opposite, which is excellent. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pet friendly, and ideal walking opposite along the river bank.

Iv stopped here on several occasions. It's good value and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good also.

There's no bar where you can have a drink when you arrive. There is a terrace but that's no good at the end of October. Also, there's no cold tap water without you having to run and waste many many litres of water. They do provide a wee bottle of drinking water. But it's not enough.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, the shower is powerful and hot.The room is small but adequate. we had a lovely meal in the restaurant. Good location for the Euro Tunnel.

Next to station, easy to walk to town. Good breakfast.

Room at top very hot even with fan. A bit empty feeling - I saw no-one else.

The hotel has comfortable accommodation, and the choice of menu was excellent at Dinner and Breakfast. The complimentary parking is a bonus, and the hotel is next to the beautiful building - The Station. There is a lovely outdoor patio area for drinks. The staff were very welcoming, and we will return.

The narrow stairs to the second floor were a worry.My room had two skylites that opened wide; it was a great room

Location,convenience. Although no air-conditioning, fan provided. Bed was comfy.

Bathroom. Shower door didn't shut, toilet seat not fixed securely, no light,and dust under furniture.

Location was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable, staff lovely

Excellent, little hotel (9 rooms) next to the station. Has a wonderful terraced restaurant with amazing food. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even with my poor French! Car park out front although not secure, but is on the quieter side of town. Room was very comfortable.

The staff are superb people! I have to commend the friendly, organised and obliging staff. I stayed for 1 night and was made to feel very welcome indeed. My room was rather stuffy but then again there was an incredible thunder storm the likes of which I have never seen before!The breakfast was very nice and the location adjacent to the train station is very convenient indeed!I would gladly return to this hotel! Thank you to the lovely staff!
