Friendly welcome at reception. Beautifully clean room. Great location a few roads back from the beach in a sheltered road. (Very windy on the seafront)

No tea and coffee making in the room.

All good with the breakfast, plenty of coffee served at the table, nice personnel.

The room is not the best noise isolated but the Hotel was quiet.

Breakfast was excellent, but not taken in our hotel but a hotel 100m away.

Inaccurate description on website. Not a beach front property, 3 roads back from the beach. It is just satelite rooms for another hotel, no staff, no facilities. No balcony although the booking said we had one - only 6 in the hotel reserved for customers who book direct with hotel so you should not be advertising that your rooms have one. Room nothing like photos on you webside. They do not have patio doors - just one small window. No seating area as advertised unless you count a single chair in front of the wardrobe. There is a clear mismatch between your description and the reality of this hotel.

Hotel Maxim is centrally located in De Panne. The DeLijn stop is 5 minutes away, the spectacular beach can be reached in 10 minutes walking. The breakfast was served at another hotel in the same street.

I was satisfied with everything. The stairs were quite narrow, but this is not unusual in Belgium.

Very close to beach and tram stop

A little strange as had to walk down the street for breakfast at another hotel. Beds were very soft and our 2 single mattresses did not stay together to make a double.

I was not in hotel Maxim, I was in hotel Cajou, it was excellent !

The location was perfect, close to the beach and the shops, yet in a quiet neighborhood at night. The personnel was nice and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old, and could benefit from some renovations. It looks its age. The 2 beds were different. One mattress was great, the other was saggy.

We didn't take breakfast as we had to leave early. Having said that, for breakfast to start at 08:00am on a weekday seems late. Also, the brekfast was at another hotel some 200 meters away.

the hotel is situated at a quiet place. breakfast buffet is okay and staff is friendly.

mattresses are super soft and super uncomfortable. never had such a bad bed! should be changed as soon as possible. check-in was in another hotel, altogether it was a mixed good / bad experience

Staff is very nice and the breakfast is excellent. The room is specious. A real value for money.

Lighting in the room

It’s close the the beach. The room is ok, a bit old but very clean. Breakfast super.

The double bed is two single beds together that split while you are laid. That is extremely uncomfortable. Beds separate from each other easily.

Good Overall experience. The Staff was very kind. Food was very good (praise the chef!)

Beds were not so comfortable. The Bathroom door was not very private.. (it was almost transparent).
