Hotel Cajou

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cajou! The location is perfect—just steps from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel offers convenient parking. Overall, a fantastic experience—I can’t wait to return!

We traveled with friends who's room was nice but had problems with the shower over flowing.when reported to reception they sent a young lady with a screwdriver who didn't know what she was doing.and asked my friend for advice who said I'm not a plumber.she then got a plumber to take a look who after some time resolved the issue.but we were only there two days it was very busy in de panne and left us rushing to find a restaurant. & The owner was not very apologetic. Very disappointed ☹️

Location, closeness to the beach, splendid shower, really comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A good buffet breakfast was provided, with a good selection of items.The room and hotel were very clean. The hotel management were very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Maybe some of the waiters at lunch and at breakfast could have been a little more cheerful???? But the hotel was very busy.

The breakfast was excellent with a fantastic buffet spread. The hotel allowed safe storage of our bicycles and accommodatd out late arrival with good communication.

The room had not been set up for the 3 of us and we were a set of towels short. Not a major issue.

Easy access by KT tram. Good location, close to the beach. Friendly reception. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients. Good value for money.

Pretty central but parking was 18 euros on top of room rate.

We had a room with a ventilator outside which meant there was a humming sound from early in the morning.

Very nice hotel, well situated, breakfast was delicious, kids firendly.

Check in process was very easy - it was simple to get my bike to the room as there was a lift. Great location, very close to the beach promenade. The dinner and breakfast were good. The room was a good size for a solo traveller and enough space for my bike.

There was some noise during the night but I did have the windows open - didn't really disturb my sleep.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast. We were moved to a larger room in a nearby hotel, part of their network. Really nice with balcony.

The double bed could have been better.

The breakfast buffet was good offering a lot of variations and there was enough food even for those arriving close to the closing time of the breakfast.

The room was big, beds were sort of ok, but they are twin beds, so to have a double they were set together and they tend to move apart. The worst thing is the noise outside as this is a seaside town and people make noise till early morning but also the tram operates till very late in the evening and starts again early morning. You would like to keep a window open as it was hot in the room but again the open window brings more noise inside. The room had a nice bathroom and shower, the room was also "modern", must have been renovated at some point, unlike the corridors of the hotel that are tatty and worn.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Great location to the beach front.

There is no garaged parking for motorbikes (as stated). Our room had a large amount of hair in the bathroom, and the floor was speckled with sand and grit. We had to wipe our feet before getting into bed. The curtains were not pulled shut before our arrival, so the room was stifling hot, and we were unable to leave the window open as it opened onto a roof terrace with easy access to the room. It was a very noisy bedroom. There was a disco with loud music opposite, and the room above was easily audible. We were also unable to access the hotel later during the evening as our key fobs had not been coded correctly. Personally, we wouldn't stay here again.

Great location, close to the beach, parking space, super friendly staff, the lobby and the dining room are very well decorated. Excellent breakfast. Also, it's a dog-friendly place ;)

The bedroom was rather disappointing compared to the common area. It looked old fashioned, and a bit worn out too. But we were not there to stay all day in the room, so...

Several gluten free options. Bravo! Nice staff.

The room was ok but the floor wasn't very clean . Found hair in several places stuck on the carpet.

Everybody in the hotel is really friendly. Rooms were fine. Parking is very practical. Excellent location for us.

Great hotel in a very good location. Very friendly staff. For those of us that are motorcyclists, secure garage parking is available.
