It was modern and everything was working well.

The dinner menu was very limited and expensive for just pasta with 3 choices.

Very expensive to stay. Had to pay extra €20 to park there.No tea/coffee facilities in room, had to pay €14 for 4 coffees each time we wanted a drink.Staff not very helpful

The fact that for a hotel of this budget, there was not a refrigerator or a mini bar in the room, not even a bottle of water...There were also no one-use slippers and one-use hygiene pack. I did not like also the charge of 20 euros per day for parking in an area where one day parking costs 5 euro.

Very comfortable beds, clean room and friendly staff

Bed was comfortable, shower amazing and TV a good size. No safe or tea/coffee making facilities - quite basic. Parking was €20 a night (which we weren’t expecting) and the car park was horribly small and tight (under the hotel).

The next building is night club and if u r staying in 101-201-301-401 room numbers than forget about the sleeping until 2-3 am in the night. Too laught music . And hotel is pet friendly so be aware if u have an allergcy.

The white wall in the bedroom, the super narrow underground parking and the breakfast that was really expensive for such a small basic choice

Location is good, quite central located

Staff not too friendly and not supportive with the customers. When i booked the room asked for car parking facilities but when arrived it was no availability so needed to deal myself with car park. We’ve been also unpleasant surprised to find the bathroom litter full and no shower gel in plastic container, we mentioned our problems at reception than they collected the rubbish but not provided shower gel at all, for entire our staying into your hotel. Someone checked the level of shower gel, enetered with outside shoes inside the bath cabin, left spots after but didn’t bother to refill the container. The “blonde lady “ from reception was probably salty” after we mentioned our problems and changed her attitude in a bad way, not even polite anymore, she doesn’t care about. It’s a pitty those kind of stuff happens as the hotel has a massive potential, especially on sunny summer days

The possibility to come with our dog. He was very well welcomed and everything was made possible for dogs to stay in the hotel. Also, the staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was good and what met the expectations.

We just diskliked the fact that there were no fridge in the room. We were there on a very hot week-end so we didn't have a way to keep our water cool. The room is minimalistic but it was fine at the end.

A typical Ibis - quite nice with a good breakfast which you pay for.

You need to check in early if you want to use the underground car park. Otherwise parking can be a challenge.

Staff were excellent.

There were some marks near the toilet and on the shower walls. I thought it was overpriced even in high season. I feel that breakfast should have been included.

Over all had a pleasant 2 nights - the room was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was good, with a good selection provided. The staff were highly attentive and were always available to provide assistance when needed

We asked for a king sized bed , as this was an option provided when booking - we actually had more of a large double , which was acceptable , though when a king sized bed is offered , it would be nice to actually get one !! The mattress was for us a little on the soft side , as we prefer firm. The pillows were really too soft and provided absolutely no neck support - the hotel should offer a pillow menu with varied firmnesses to cater for all travellers needs - many hotels offer this and the Ibis should certainly consider this , as we could not stay at a Ibis in the future unless firm pillows are offered
