In the bathroom, the shower stall did not close well, causing water to spill onto the floor, and the hotel administration, instead of calling for cleaning, brought us a mop and a rag and told us to clean the water from the floor, while the three of us stood and watched as I did it . We didn't get this for breakfast. The room was also dusty, and there was trash behind the bedside table. We were left disappointed, hungry and not satisfied, and not realizing why, having paid 150 euros per night at the hotel, we also had to clean our room.

Thought it was good value for money with a comfortable room and a great location. The breakfast was good too.

Would've been nice if the check in hours were longer and the restaurant/ tea room was open later into the evening

The flooring of the room is looks like made of rubber - which are kind of dusty. The windows were not sound insulated - very noisy road.

Booked it because there was parking but when we phoned none was available and we had to search parking on the road

Central location. Good breakfast (although it starts at 8am which is slightly late).

Expensive. When I wanted to check out the girl said I had already paid. A few hours I received a call that I had left without paying and I had to drive back (2X 20min) to pay. This was annoying.

We are very happy that we found this hotel! It was in a perfect location in the middle of the center, with walking distance to the beach. The hotel was really cute and cozy, and our balcony was very nice with sun in the evening. The restaurant where we had breakfast was super cozy!! I will definitely stay here next time I go to De Panne.

The door to the toilet was very thin and hard to close. Might be a bit awkward if you travel with someone you don't know that well. Other than that, everything was great!

Breakfast was very good. Location was fine too, not far from the sea and the main shopping area. Special care was taken for our handicap friend for the shower with a seat, and a cute welcome to their family little dog that had a bed and 2 bowls for her, with 2 treats. The staff is always nice and helpful. Improvements have been made for the bathrooms to be updated from last stay.

The hotel could not do anything about it. We thought we could park in the nearby city parking. Unfortunately it was Saturday and there was the open air market and the parking was closed. We had to park quite a distance which was complicated to load the suitcases but we did anyway.

Amazing choice and a relaxed atmosphere. Loved the setting and just wished we’d had more time to sit back and enjoy!
