Breakfast and the bathroom

Location is fabulous, a sprint to the fabulous Museo Archeologico with the stunning Bronzi di Riace! One of my favorite Italian museums! The hotel is a classic with a stunning rooftop restaurant. The view of the Strait of Messina is beyond stunning!!!

Morning coffee isn’t quite up to par.

Staff was exceptional. Really appreciated the valet parking. Room was clean and very comfortable. Good location. Our room had a beautiful view of Mt. Etna. Restaurant was good.

Although the breakfast was extensive I would have appreciated fried or scrambled eggs to have been included

Location!!! Quiet. Room was nice. View was good except there were no chairs on the balcony so we could not sit out there. Breakfast was wonderful!

No chairs on balcony. Menu in Gala restaurant was very gourmet. They need some more simple Italian dishes on the menu. I had the Bergamont risotto and was disappointed. Way too flowery!

room view is limited or poor depending on room location, but it is expected due to a city location and if a room is not on an upper floor with possibility of view of the sea.

This is a typical business type hotel, clean, quiet, and comfortable. But we were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful view across to Sicily and Mount Etna from our window. Plus, the hotel is right across the street from the archaeological museum, our prime destination in Reggio, and also from the train station from which we were leaving to go north. And it was walking distance from the ferry from Sicily! Location!!The amazing lungomare and famous Caesar’s gelato were also just steps away.The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, top floor restaurant was a good choice for dinner, and the included breakfast was a huge, varied, and fabulous buffet.

Really nothing, possibly that it’s a bit dated.

Extremely close to the museum we wanted to visit and generally to everything you would like to see in Reggio Calabria. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh juices, Bergamot especially appreciated! Stuff super friendly and professional and everything well organized!

The hotel is right beside the most interesting museum in Calabria, the most delicious gelato stand (Cesare), and the most beautiful coastal walkway in Italy. The room was spacious, bright, quiet and comfortable. The 5th floor restaurant had great food and spectacular views. The staff were kind and helpful with check-in and rental car.

Everything was great except the view from our room, which faced away from the sea and looked at the walls of adjacent buildings.

Gracious and helpful staff. Great breakfast in a relaxing dining room with a wonderful view . The hotel is in an excellent location for the sights ,good restaurants and trains.

The esplanade across the road from the hotel is fantastic to take a long walk. The food in the roof top restaurant was very nice and the service of the staff fantastic. Breakfast was awesome with a big variety of food and service from the lovely staff.

Great location, valley parking available, friendly and accommodating staff.

Fabulous location. Lungomare just down the street. Archaeological Museum next door to view Riace Bronzes. Staff very friendly & helpful.

The room was very large and a slight view of the beach. The decor was dated but the room was in great condition. The location was great being only minutes from most everything. Great buffet breakfast with the best view of the sea.

The staff at the breakfast were not the most friendly.

We loved everything about this hotel. It's our second time staying here. The location, easy walking distance to everything. We had a lovely view of the corso and water from our balcony. There was an abundance of choices for breakfast and the staff at reception were always very helpful.

The staff were professional and extremely nice and helpful. We had a very early flight, they booked our taxi and the gentleman who worked the nightshift on the desk made us coffee and prepared some light bites for breakfast as at 4am the kitchen was closed. A big thank you to all the staff. The restaurant/bar on the top floor with the views was amazing. Our room was nice, clean and comfortable. We visit the region two or three times a year and this is the hotel we will now use when we fly in/out of Reggio Calabria.

There was nothing to dislike.

The staff was wonderful. They upgraded our room, and were very helpful with information on directions and restaurants. The restaurant on the rooftop was beautiful and the food was outstanding, both dinner and the free breakfast.

The decor of our room was quite dated, although it was very roomy and quiet. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was a hard plastic cover or sheet under the bed sheet that made the bed uncomfortable.
