A security process to get into the building and room, but not a problem.
Good design, peaceful and convenient location
There was a spa tub for an evening soak. The hotel locations is walkable to the port and morning breakfast had abundant choices. Staff were accommodating and all spoke English.

We’ve stayed at the e-hotel the last three years and this year the overall appearance is looking more & more tired.Carpets in the corridors need replacing as they are very worn and are starting to smell. The rooms are comfortable enough, but they also need updating.
Overnight stay in large room at rear of hotel. Great staff, free parking, excellent breakfast selection, room clean, air conditioning & wifi good. Minibar in room. Excellent restaurant on top floor open to the coast.
Entrance to hotel is via a restricted road and security gate, The signs were limited so could cause confusion.
Friendly staff, clean & very comfortable. Good location in the heart of Reggio. Terrific roof top bar & gorgeous at night.

The main complaint is that the air conditioning couldn’t cope and the room was very hot even during the night. Also, yhe breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. There were no scrambled eggs, only boiled ones. Haven’t seen that in a supposedly 4* hotel for a long time
Right off the ferry, it was ok for location. Not a far walk to piazza which was very nice.
Water main broke that kinda ruined the stay. Thank goodness we only stayed 1 night. They did discount the price so that was good.
