    Pros +

    • We liked the garden in front of our room and also the space for the breakfast.
    • Breakfast was very good, with a good choice.Location with private parking was much appreciated.
    • They were just very kind. That let me use the restaurant to do work online. The room was excellent. There were no disturbing noises.

    Cons -

    • The breakfast is very simple. Not very tasty. There was no gluten free bread. No place in the room. The bathroom is so small.
    • Tea and coffee making facilities could be improved, as the plug was too short to reach the socket. Worked only by moving the small table beside the bed to the other socket.
    • The bedroom decor was a bit old and neglected but the beds were comfortable.

The host was a lovely friendly man who couldn’t do enough to make us comfortable. We had breakfast and there was a very good selection of food and drinks available.

The bedroom decor was a bit old and neglected but the beds were comfortable.

Easy walk to town centre, you can walk along the street or on a tree lined path. Off street parking. Very good breakfast in conservatory overlooking garden. Wonderful garden, even in the awkward autumn time when everything is dying back and fallen leaves are everywhere, they still had it looking lovely

Great location. Nice room. Friendly owner, sorted out a great breakfast for me when i was leaving before it officially started. Place to put my bike.

Situated closed to Cadzand-Bad. Generous breakfast with fresh fruit, eggs, quality bread, cheeses and vegetables.Kettle in room ☕️

Seemed to be little sound insulation between rooms (the doors).

It was very reasonable and the breakfast was very good.

The beds were far too soft and the bathroom whilst newly furnished was not done to a very good standard.

Garden to sit in was awesome, and the breakfast has all you need ?

The single room is really Tiny ? and so for you can only sit on the bed ?

The hotel was excellently situated and the staff were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was plenty and a decent selection

The cold tap did not work in the sink. It would not budge at all. The steps leading to upstairs are very steep.

Location, staff, size of room, garden, breakfast, everything good

    worker friendliness

a lot of added costs (taxes, administrative, parking) which have increased since last year.

A-typical hotel in a more residential area nearby the center of Sluis. Very welcoming owner and the hotel is exactly as described. The standards do not compare to these of a modern hotel ( size of rooms, accessibility, ... ) however it is not to be perceived as a negative observation. The rooms are very clean as are the sanitary facilities.

Good location, clean room, nice garden, delicious breakfast.

But I think that the paid park is a little too much, but it is nothing compared to the price of placing dogs in the room. 20 euros is the highest price I have seen in the last six months. I travel often and no hotel has charged more than 10 euros. And real animal-loving hotel owners in the vast majority charge a symbolic fee of 5 euros.

Very welcoming hosts and nice rooms. The breakfast was great, especially in the beautiful garden.

The walls are a little thin.

    Nothing was good

Everything should have been better; the place is run down, old, smelly, the keys to the room and door to the bathroom primitive, nothing looks as on the pictures. We had already paid for our stay and we LEFT THE PLACE WITHOUT STAYING THER. We do NOT recommend you this dump
