Albergo Da Benedetta

Location in Vetralla itself. Room itself was nice. When i was unable to checkin on time the staff helped met out.

Breakfast was a bit minimal.

Nice sized simple room, the bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and eager to please. A decent Italian style breakfast. The location is walkable to town, though not ultra close. Very clean.

Breakfast was great!

The hotel room doors rattle when anyone on your floor closes or opens a door. There was a loud family in the lobby area until after midnight and loud guests at 630 am. There is very little sound proofing. Hard to sleep with so much noise. Was frustrating after a long day of walking the Via Francigena especially for a place that advertises to pilgrims. Staff was polite enough yet did not engage/ show friendliness.

Spacious room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable bed. Nice sitting area outside. Good breakfast.

Interfold toilet paper. On north side of town, away from restaurants, bars and shops. Thin pillow. Asked to check in on line in advance (which I did), but then asked to show passport again when I arrived. Room was clean, but walls badly marked, needs a fresh coat of paint.

Great B&B close to the Via Francigena. Nice staff, wonderful breakfast. comfortable bed.

A little removed from the town

The room.was massive, great location if you were staying for a longer time. The room was clean and enough shampoo and soap available.

Very breakfast could have been better. Not much choice. It was very basic.

Nice quiet rooms with everything you need to rest after a hiking day in Tuscany. The staff is very friendly, they provide laundry service and are very helpful if you need something.

Convenient location close to the Via Francigena as you enter the city. Room was a great size. Amenities were good. Great shower pressure. Great to have a lift so as not to lug the suitcases!

As the Via Francigena gets more traffic - I would hope that accommodation providers would consider more laundry facilities.

The place is outdated, old beds, our room was on the ground floor towards the front where there is a sitting area so that everyone sitting outside actually seemed to be sitting in our room and it was impossible to sleep

Good room if the weather had been a bit nicer there was outside space

Probably just lost in translation, I asked for breakfast at 7am there was no one there I had a long day walking ahead so I left at 7.15 and got breakfast in the village

A lovely stay whilst walking the Via Francigena. Very friendly owners, nice room. We paid €5 extra for breakfast-which was good value.

There was a miscommunication regarding a change in the reservation to add a guest but that was sorted out.

Owner was very helpful with finding us restaurant abd patient even though we arrived later than expected.

Spacious room with balcony, looked recently renovated. Host provided us with hot water for tea at night.

No water kettle in room, location is not very central. There were almost no restaurants nearby. There was nobody at the reception when we arrived. Check-in was at 2pm but hoet showed up about half an hour later.

Clean and comfortable room. Pleasant helpful staff. Adequate breakfast.

We arrived in Vetralla and saw a large sign on a building indicating Albergo da Benedetta. After several attempts to gain access we went to the tourist office. Eventually we were told that hotel part was in different part of the town. We found it eventually. The restaurant was closed the night we were there but had an excellent dinner at La Lanterna. The location needs to be made much more clear.

Although the location was a little way out of town, it was in a quiet residential area. It did not take long to walk to the main area in the town. The room was clean, bright and well equipped with full size soap and shampoo dispensers rather than minuscule bars of soap. Friendly and helpful proprietor.

Good location on the Via Francigena. Comfortable room, good breakfast, flexible checkin.
