I stay here every time I go on Texel and I love this place.

This year the breakfast was with fewer options but probably its economy reasons ?

The cleanliness, the helpful staff, the location, the ease to get there by public transit. The modern bathroom.

Fantastic location: right in the middle of the pedestrian main street in De Koog, with all restaurants in a 5-minute range. Also quick access to supermarkets, bike rentals and the sea.The hotel has its own parking. We loved our room with its private sauna.

We came with my woman friend, but we were probably considered as a pair. We explicitly asked for a twin, not a double room in booking, but in fact, it was two beds in tight. This was a bit uncomfortable.

Accomodation in the city centre just few metres from the beach. Perfect location for bike trips and enjoying this unforgettable island! Really recommend to book the breakfast in hotel. Delicious!

Location is awesome, breakfast provided by hotel is great and room are nicely recorated and includes great facilities.I liked our balcony and sona, additionally, wifi provided by hotel has great quality, usually never seen this in other hotels.

room does not have air conditioner , if weather is hot , and you are sensitive to hit, then be aware about it.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast and great location, right next to the seaside. We also had a sauna in our room, that was a nice addition to the stay!

The hotel is quite close to the church, that uses bells every 30 minutes. Bring earplugs if you have a light sleep! Also, the summer duvets were a bit too warm for me, could be probably fixed by an open window (beware of mosquitos tho).

The room was newly renovated, very clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Quite close to the beach with nice restaurants.

It is my personal opinion, but the hotel is located in the city center hence it was quite loud during the night (my fault as I didn’t check it properly), so take that into account. The breakfast was nothing special, options are quite limited.

Beds were too soft to my taste. Otherwise it was a nice experience.

Room was amazing, had a room with sauna which was amazing. Balcony was a good option. Location was excellent, local to bars, restaurants and shops, all of which were good quality. Easy to get to the beach and sand dunes, the sunsets were amazing. Asked for oat milk and they bought some in for the other breakfasts during our stay. The smell of the rooms was beautiful and rooms were spotless

The breakfast was complete. There was a lot of choice. The hotel was on a nice location near the center of the town.

The beds were too soft. If you have pain in your back you don't like them.

The location was perfect - right in the city center with all of the shops and restaurants right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was perfect for us!

Right in the city center, so perfect location. There is sauna in the bathroom so my boyfriend and I had a really nice evening there. The breakfast is really nice as well.

The bed is quite small with two single bed together. The cleaness of bed is fine but can be better. One of the staff didn't greet me cause I look like a foreigner.

the room was very nice with a small terrace. The location was perfect, in the town and close to the beach and bike paths. Breakfast was extensive, fresh and delicious.The only thing I would like to see is some paper tissues in the room and better and larger towels.Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

While our room was nothing special, it was comfortable and had the basics we needed. The hotel grounds were nice and well kept up. The included breakfast was a nice addition as well. You really can't beat the location though. You are right in the heart of the De Koog village with restaurants and shops just outside the door. You can be at the beach in less than a 10 minute walk.

The room was a bit hot without any ways to really mitigate it. Since we were on the ground floor, we didn't feel comfortable leaving the sliding door open. A fan would be a nice to have. If we were higher up, we would have just left the balcony door open a bit. The rooms aren't very insulated from noise. I woke up one morning to hearing someone vomiting in their bathroom nearby.
