- Perfectly located within a 10 min walk to the beach of De Koog and 5 min to the town center. Staff was very friendly and answered to all our needs (like to have a smaller pillow). Breakfasts were a feast with tasty cold cuts and on demand prepared eggs. Pastries were delicious. The room was clean and a good size for two people. Pleasantly surprised by the ChromeCast that made evenings so much more enjoyable.

- The beds were a bit too soft and there was a constant noise (walking/talking) from the above floor neighbours (or owners?) in the middle of the night, pretty much every day of our 5-day stay.
- The room with the “French balcony” (not exactly) located in the first floor only accessible from an external spiral staircase. No AC or ventilator available for the summer warm days.
- It was a little hard to get there when we went there by car, using Google Map.
