My Suite Hotel

The breakfast was amazing!!! The staff was super nice. The hotel is very retro and that added that fun element my stay.

The room was modern and well thought out although fairly compact. Mountain views from 4th floor. Great TV allowing personal account logons. Handy bar and cafe attatched. Parking was fine. Breakfast was good

Urban location and no restaurant.

The rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were all so helpful and lovely! The breakfast options were amazing and so much to choose from!

Great breakfast with a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the centre of town, close to the 99 fountains and supermarket. Bus stop to/from Rome right out the front of the hotel. Downstairs cafe fantastic for afternoon cocktails and snacks.

Restaurant only open for breakfast, not lunch or dinner

Rooms were good and clean. Bed was comfortable. I liked that each floor had a refrigerator and that one could take water from the refrigerator.

The fitness room was small. There was not a good on site restaurant for lunch and dinner.

I liked the room and the cleanliness of the hotel in general

I never got WiFi , there was no password available in the room and reception never offered the password

The hotel is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the coffees prepared in the restaurant/bar area adjacent to the hotel. The little cookies in our suite were a nice treat. There is also fruit infused ice water and other treats at Reception. The staff treated us exceptionally! We were also upgraded upon check in to a beautiful suite, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a slight problem however with the air conditioning in our suite but Guila in Reception had it resolved promptly! In order to get to the City Centre, we had to use the car. We probably could have walked it but it was suggested it is better to drive. We did find a wonderful small local restaurant a few steps from the hotel called Pizzeria Rosticceria ETNA. So much more than pizza, they offered a generous variety of Italian vegetables, meat selections, and sandwiches all made to order, along with beer choices and local wine. This dinner was the highlight of our stay, I felt like I was a child again having dinner with my grandparents. The owners spent time with us and made us feel so welcome! There is also plenty of area around the hotel for those who like their morning walks and jogs.

The negative for us were the ever present smokers hanging around the hotel entrance and the parking lot of the coffee/bar entrance.

Pet-friendly, staff is professional and cordial. Room was very clean.Breakfast was delicious and staff was accommodating in making changes.

It is not a negative feedback but check the location before booking: it is not right in the centre of L’Aquila.Only 25 minutes walk from the main city centre.

Amazing hospitality, cool design and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast selection. The free bar with esentialls (water, juice, coffe) at each floor was a nice and appreciated touch.

Not in the centre of L’aquila.

The food at breakfast and at dinner very good. The hotel was modern and clean and the location very central.

The water pressure to fill the tub was so slow that we didn't use the whirlpool bath we paid for because it would take so long to fil the tub.

The breakfast was absolutely great and the stuff at breakfast was very pleasant and helpful.

The receptionist was unhelpful and unpleasant. We especially didn't like that we had to park the car 200 m away although there were a lot of vacant parking spaces just in front of the hotel that belonged to the bar of the hotel. The hotel had a wired vibe with a lot of teddy bears, toys and pink things...

Daniel, Adriana, Hillary. Chantel and the receptionist in morning of Wednesday were excellent...very helpful to customers who don't speak Italian.

Shower floor...slippery and dangerous.
