Great breakfast. Perfect location to reach the center of L'Aquila, still very quiet.

Room is not very large, but still you have everything. There is a balcony, no great view, but you can step outside and take a breath of fresh air.

Check in with a front desk. The great breakfast included, good and healthy choices. They had free on site parking which was great, customer service was very helpfull and kind.

It is amazing hotel. We came at night and receptionist Julia helped us a lot. She is brilliant. Breakfast is great all types of food. Great staff, and amazing facilities.

Safe on-site parking. The breakfast was very good - cold meats, cheese, cereal, juice, croissants etc. Staff very helpful. Just a 10 minute walk to the old town. I was going to give it 8. My wife said 7. So 7 1/2 would be fair..

A kettle in the room would be good. Need a price list for the mini bar - but prices turned out to be quite reasonable. Shower is quite small.

The rooms were super clean for the age of the place. the bathrooms were spotless no mold, sparkling clean. They take very good care of the hotel and it shows. Parking was free and covered. Breakfast staff were amazing and super helpful. Wish they had scrambled eggs but i loved the soft boiled ones.

Excellent modern hotel on the edge of L'Aquila center. Covered parking is a useful feature. Quiet, friendly staff, comfortable bed, excellent rain shower.

The heating runs a bit too hot for my taste. Can be fixed by opening the window at night, at the cost of warming the local neighborhood

Very good location. The staff, especially the receptionists were very helpful. Good breakfast. The hotel is very near to the old center.

Great location, short walk from town centre (15 minutes). Safe parking. Helpful staff.

The bed had 2 mattresses which caused a big gap in the middle, therefore uncomfortable during the night.

In the bathroom was the handicapped toilet on a little Elevation . With a wheelchair, it was not easy to reach the toilet..

The rooms are great, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, the staff is friendly and efficient.

The location is very close to the city center, just 5 minutes to walk. The hotel has sufficient parking slots. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

It’s not recommended to drink tap water, so bring some water in the room. Wi-Fi signal is not strong enough, at least in our room.
