We really liked the structure itself, very friendly locals taking excellent care of us, delicious food and Negroni sbagliato. The position was perfect and powerful nature all around us

It’s very comfy for the price but a little tight in bathroom.

Right at the entrance of the national park. The bar and restaurant are pretty good, and the attention was excellent. I had an small food poisoning (food outide the place), and the helped a lot.

There is an extra check in cost if you arrive after 7pm.

Lovely spot for hicking as it is a 5 min walk to the cableway for Campo imperatore.Nice to have the restaurant walking distance and the place is very quiet in the evening for a nice rest post hiking.

Very warm room as we had to sleep with the windows open.

Absolutely wonderful location for hikers and very fresh in the middle of the heat wave. Nice rooms, good shower.

Check in policy is very restrictive. The bed sheets are poor (perhaps too small but should envelop the mattress). The airco from the restaurant and kitchen smell terribly during the day. Thankfully no problem at night.

Super friendly staff, everything you need for at your finger tips (parking, mountains, restaurant with great food, etc) making la Villetta a great a hassle free getaway to relax and enjoy the beautiful natural parks. The room is a good size, simple but welcoming and comfortable, nice shower, plus terrace.

Perfect location for exploring Gran Sasso National Park. Excellent bar and restaurant facilities, with really helpful staff. Modern clean rooms too. Thanks.

My room seemed brand new, so it was really clean and modern. Nice and quiet too. The restaurant they have served delicious food as well. Staff were nice and very accomodating

Motorcycle/car gated parking ??Room was comfortable with a decent bathroom. If I had been with my wife perhaps a larger room would have been a wise choice. I recommend the place ??

Naaaaah, better not say, but let's say it was a long evening in the restaurant for average food. The bar and bar staff were superior for sure ??

This place was so much better than I expected! New, very nice and spacious room, fresh smell, big wardrobe, comfortable bed, a small terrace with mountain view, big comfortable bathroom and a free car park. Definitely recommend it!

Nothing really... There is no daily cleaning service in rooms (I guess you can ask for it). And I didn't like the music played in the outside area all day (fortunately not too loud ?)

Nice staff, very flexible.New rooms, very clean and close to hiking trails.Breakfast possible at bar as from 7am. Private parking with gate at the back.

The shower is so small couldn’t move around without changing the water setting

The location next to the lift is perfect

There was no hot water so after 2 nights of cold showers we were finally moved to another room in the new section which surprisingly did have hot water.

Nothing, but just one needs to be aware of the very vivid life around the bar.

The hotel was walking distance to the ski lift

We have been travelling Italy for a month. This hotel was the most expensive we have stayed in and also the bar shut at 1700. We booked to join some friends who booked just before us. The hotel or Booking.com must have raised the price as we followed behind the other 3 room bookings. We paid over £100 for this room with no breakfast or bar. The following day we paid for a coffee and a croissant - which was stale. I was very dissapointed with this stay.

Beautiful location, clean and immaculately decorated room. Huge bathroom. Boss was great and the English speaking lad in the establishment was very kind. He gave us recommendations for a beautiful walk. Lots of stray retrievers who were great to pet and play with.

Restaurant was closed, only other restaurant open didn't serve until 7 30 pm, but the lad in the establishment offered us snacks to tide us over.

Good location, but there are other places in the same location.

Pay a little more and stay somewhere else. They were weird about me booking this accomodation through booking.com

great location to access campo imperatore and gran sasso. great value accommodation .bar underneath is good however beware that it’s closed on martedì as are all the other services in the village.decent parking out the back.

small village has very limited services especially meals.power switching off when the entrance card is removed is painful and switches the fridge off as well.
