Hotel Serena

I really enjoyed the comfort of the room, which was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions.The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Also, the breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Nothing major

This was a good place where to stay for one night stop during our trip. We think it was overpriced. Disturbed sleep from the restaurant noises on the top floor.

Great location, easy to walk to city centre and local shopping centre

Although the hotel is not in the historic center, it is relatively close. Nearby there is a good shopping center.

When we arrived for breakfast, a large number of guests had already been there and unfortunately not all items were restocked.

Location was great to reach the mountains, not far from city center and free parking available.

I liked everything about the Hotel staff and location

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent and had quite a lot of variety. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The WiFi would stutter sometimes, but nothing too terrible. Making calls or video calls was a bit hard at certain points. It would be nice if they had some small tube of tooth paste for guests.

Friendly welcome. Staff on hand through out. Delicious Italian breakfast. Rooms refreshed daily. Secure location. Easy access. Good parking available. Within walking distance of Rieti. Very comfortable.

The room was very spacey which was quite nice. A great breakfast with a wide selection of food. The wifi was also operating great! Overall very nice experience.The staff was also very accommodating!

Big comfortable room. Street parking immediately outside the hotel. Very helpful owner. 5 Minute walk to the town centre but there is a very good restaurant above the hotel. Very nice breakfast in a bright airy room.

Not much.

Location is away from the centre of town and in not a very nice area. The old man who checked me in was one of the worst I’ve ever encountered. I walked in and he looked at me like I was an alien and was very bothered by me and just said “no English”. I speak Italian so that’s not an issue but it was certainly not a warm welcome. The other two staff members I encountered during my stay, an older lady and young man were wonderful however. Breakfast was also average at best, stale croissants were not great.
