Argentario Osa Resort

The resort is very nice, all the areas are so well kept and the view is stunning. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice, kind and always smiling.

Breakfast is OK but coffee from the machine is not good. In Italy you can't put that kind of coffee for breakfast, it is a shame for our country. The restaurant is to avoid. Luckily they didn't make us pay. For that thank you so much. The air conditioning has to be changed. It's old and not working properly.

Quiet and nice views

If you dont have a car is a bit difficult to get there Restaurant menu was really limited a lot of the dishes they didnt have Again if you didnt have a car you couldnt go and eat somewhere else, so that was a pain for us

Great view from the pool, quiet place. Good deal to spend a day at the beach at I Delfini (20 euro)

Remodeling needed, in particular for the rooms.

Disappointing facilities, poor rooms

It's impossible to be there without a car, we were lucky to have one.Pools are not near nice to the images provided. Myself and our friends would rate this hotel as a two star and no more. The room wasn't cleaned everyday, bins not changed. Basins not washed. The kitchen provided was tiny with very limited pans and kitchen utensils. Furniture was very dated. The people working there were polite, unfortunately it was not up to a four star standard.Thanks

Quality of breakfast good

The communal areas were not too clean , Tables for breakfast was a self service experience...with chairs and table to be arranged by yourself

Friendly staff, cleanliness, location and lot of activities.

Long queue at the coffe machine during breakfast. ( because the other machine was off ).

We loved the gorgeous views, the helpful staff, and entertainment for the kids. Centrally-located, easy to reach many of the sights of the Maremma.

The property is a little difficult to find, you must make a very sudden turn from the main road. Not really the fault of the resort, but just something of which to be aware.

Pooll bar area nice and relaxing

Electricity in the room cut out a few times during our stay .Not a huge issue but not ideal when trying to keep food fresh .

The hotel pool is well maintained and a good size. Access from the highway was easy.

We ate in the restaurant only once for lunch and the quality and value for money was extremely poor. There was no internet in the room. The hotel beach was not a pleasant experience and the rental of sunbeds etc was not included.

Spacious rooms, bathroom clean.

No hooks in bathroom, no soap in bathroom, no wine glass in kitchen, only lamps in ceiling.

The view was amazing. the staff at the front desk as well as the restaurant were both kind and courteous!

Friendly staff good location

It said on the website that the beach was close (800m) and that there was a shuttle bus but in fact the beach was a 10 min drive and quite pricey.

Good location, friendly staff, beautiful view. We had a very nice apartment with a gigantic terrace.

The poolside entertainment program was too loud, we could hear it from inside the rooms. Basically in the late afternoon and evening until 11pm there were loud songs, some of them completely obnoxious (especially the "baby dance" songs.... my brain wanted to jump out of my skull). I personally see no reason to bother the whole resort with a program that is actually attended by just a few people. Perhaps it needs to be relocated to a different part of the complex or not amplified because some of us go on vacation to read books, chat with family/partners and relax.I would also consider changing the lightbulbs so that the lighting in the rooms is warmer. This is a common problem in Italy, but so easy to fix!

Not possible to walk to the beach, must drive the car.

the water in the bathroom was terrible hot and couldn't adjust. We ask at the reception but no arrangement was made. Impossible to take shower or brush teeth. If you want to contact the reception you need to go....and from our room was far. No phone

Great breakfast, nice pool, view, personal altitude.
