Park Hotel Residence

The hotel was situated in a great location, easy to get to anywhere from it. Rooms were immaculate and staff helpful .

Check out at 1030 a bit early we thought but was told 1100 would be fine so staff did try to accommodate us.

It’s clean and reasonable

Miss of communication from my side regarding the breakfast, we’ve been charged with no prior clarity about whether it was charged or included even though but it would be better if earlier notified.Other issue is that extra charge for i guess city tax was charged but that not mentioned during the booking, it says an equal amount to my local currency for taxes but that still wasn’t not included city tax.

The hotel is perfectly located, just ~500m from the historical town. Having free parking was great. The staff was friendly and helpful

Hard pillows, hard beds.

Great location just outside the historic centre of Orbetello. Short drive to town and the surrounding tourist sights. Big rooms with nice showers.

WIFI in the room was terrible (worked in the lobby), parking is difficult and limited. The beds were hard and you could feel and hear the springs (squeaky). Staff wasn't particularly friendly.

Near to the strip to Argentario, decent room. Did not have a problem with the flies, but did not really open the window and went during Spring period.

Not very new structure, but nothing was out of place.

The location is perfect.

The room was on the lobby floor and it was very noisy! You can hear everything even couples making love wich was disturbing!The shower is very small!

Large enough quadruple room to comfortably accomodate 4 people, impecably clean sheets, good location, friendly staff. Beautiful view on the roof terrace.

Dated hotel, but pleasant for a short stay.

Clean. Quiet. Good continental breakfast for $10 euro-- a good idea to purchase as there aren't any breakfast places nearby open early.

Bus service is once per hour at best in May. The hotel is no where near a beach. In fact there are no beaches in Orbetello.

Amazing place, excellent location and brilliant staff. I highly recommend it. Extremely clean and comfortable.

We were lucky to get parking out front. Breakfast was good for 8 euros.

The bed was a bit hard

beds were quite uncomfortable and rooms wired noisy. we went on the terrace and all the sunbeds were full of water. but lovely breakfast and bike hire was great.

Location

1) Turned off the minibar as it was heavy noisily.2) Didn' fitted in the shower without hitting the glass, the walls, or the taps.3) Had to ask for coat4) I paid an upgrade to have balcony and view. They didn't tell.that just for opening the balcony door my room will be filled with thousands of mosquitos.Room.503 on Oct. 17, 2024.

The breakfast, was good value and fresh coffee made and buffet well supplied. Buzzing all day on coffee overload, self induced

Little room facilities for tea, coffee, glasses etc. Even getting bottle opener not available

Loved the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to town.

Easy access in Orbetello, clean and modern, part of hotel group. Hotel provided secure bike storage.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Good location- on edge of old town, but very handy for the station. Quiet room, comfortable bed.

It was clean and tidy. Close to a group of restaurants. Receptionists were lovely and helpful. Beach down the road which was lovely. Beautiful area.

Had to book 2 rooms for our family of 5. Parking was a bit tricky to find a spot.
