Views from the rooftop were beautiful, castle with views very close. Staff was extremely friendly and kind to us, we are Canadian & don’t speak Italian. Staff were great& rooms were nice.

We give them 10 out of 10. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. They are the hotel and made our stay great. Really good breakfast and always welcomed us with a smile.We recommend this hotel.Thank you for having us.We will be back

The solarium on the roof top terrace is amazing! 270 degree views of the sea, the castle, Monte Argentario, the marina, the mountains - perfection! Sit in the hot tub and enjoy the view.The staff told me about a 24 hour wine vending machine at VinumVia, just around the corner, where I was able to buy a very nice, local white wine on a Sunday! Sitting up on that terrace, with that view, with a nice, chilled white wine on a sunny 26 degree Sunday, periodically going in the hot tub, was very memorable! It almost didn't matter about the room... However, the bed was comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

With that terrace, it's hard to complain about anything. But the only reason I couldn't give it a 10 is because of the shower. The bathroom in the single room is very small - it's basically a wet room. So while you shower the entire room gets wet. There's no glass enclosure, just a small shower curtain. Perhaps the larger rooms have better showers, which would definitely make this hotel a 10!

Great and kind service and workers. Room with a beautiful view and with good facilities.

The breakfast could add certain things like eggs and bacon. The tv could be a Smart Tv to enjoy services like Netflix and Youtube

Clean but very small dated rooms

Deceiving photos and descriptions of pool on deck and swimming nearby. The Pool is a one person unheated jacuzzi one the roof top. When we asked about swimming the reception pointed down to a cliff where we were lucky to able to read that it was UNSAFE to swim there!!!! Had to park far on the outside of town walls.

Bed not very comfortable to my mind as mattress too hard but I know it s my opinion Shower is not great at all ; in fact you always have a risk of flooding the bathroom as water is not contained Bathroom is again too smallIt would be great if hotel would have some agreement with a parking to have space as in holiday season it is a real nightmare to find a place

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, lovely staff. Very good value for the price.

The noise coming from all the other rooms is extremely loud. Chairs scraping the floor, doors closing, people talking etc.

It was wonderful! Would go back again for sure. Staff were lovely and kind, housekeeping was on it! Rooms were plenty big with lots of storage. I had friends stay at "the place to be" up the hill and the only thing they liked was the view- they had uncomfortable beds, tiny rooms and got eaten alive by bugs flying in the windows. Very happy with my choice!

Would've loved access to an iron or steamer and the option for a heavier blanket but that's it!

Room was located on the ground floor next to the lobby and was noisy. Noise from the piazza outside didn't help. Too much external light from the corridor disturbed sleep.

After cycling 65 miles in the heat a very friendly check in, clean and tidy room, and the hotel is centrally located close to a number of restaurants. A nice variety of breakfast items.

Check out was managed by a rather abrupt rude woman whose main interest seemed to be to get us out as soon as possible.

Breakfast not quite what I expected. No fresh fruit and poor quality of juices

People and service personnel very friendly and helpful. They had organizid to arrange getting a bike for me and to get picked up from the station after my arrival. Brakfast very goo, a lot of various coffee types.

It was the most expensive hotel during my 16 days travel trip through Italy in 2023. All other hotels were much cheaper than 100 Euro.But I know this coastline near Maremma Park is pretty much appreciated and in favour by Italy vacation people. So it is maybe as expensive as the other hotel are in that beautiful area. Bella italia.

The hotel is quite central and near to all local restaurants and bars. Friendly and professional staff. Very very clean hotel. Nice and rich breakfast. Lovely rooftop with jacuzzi and chaise longues for sunbathing. Our room was really quiet and hushed.

In the whole village there was very little/none internet connection. I believe it’s kind of a joke in 2023, but it’s not the hotel’s fault.
