Very clean, inside and outside, very good breakfast. Staff was very generous and helped with all our requests

Friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. It’s more like a small resort. We enjoyed it a lot and had 0 complaints there. And it’s very close to beautiful small towns. We enjoyed our stay there, and were able to visit multiple towns within 10 to 20 mins drive.

The location was easy to find and situated in a calm, peaceful area. The room was spacious and comfortable, with fresh linens and clean throughout.

The pool wasn't heated, but I'm not sure that is a standard.

Beautiful, private, quiet location. Really nice layout with pool, loungers, hammocks, bar & restaurant. Fine dining in the evening, a super refuge from the world. Sofia and her brother were lovely Hosts

My family and I stayed in a two-room studio spread across two floors for several days.+ The lower floor door opens directly to the yard, where you’ll find sun loungers on the lawn and a refreshing swimming pool - a well-thought-out placement indeed!+ The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and friendly.+ Breakfast followed the typical Italian style: a spread of bread, cheese, ham, muesli, pastries, cakes, juice, and excellent coffee.

Unfortunately we had to leave early to make airport but staff kindly provided light food to take with us.

Excellent staff nothing too much trouble. Family run. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Restaurant menu excellent and good selection at breakfast. Comfortable bed and plenty of areas around pool to relax in. Loved the hammocks and swings. Recommend visit to the botanic dry gardens nearby.

No way to get around without transport. Was hoping to get buses or taxis but impossible at this location. Our fault as should have checked.

We stayed only one night with our one year old baby, on our way from Rome airport to Chianti area. The night we were there there were extreme storms with heavy rain so it was hard to enjoy the place. The Breakfast was good and also the staff was very nice.

The room was really small and not clean when we arrived. We asked the staff and they came in to clean it so they addressed our request. Due to the storms during the night the electricity was turned off and only in the morning someone came to pull on the plug, so it was a bit hard to handle with the baby early in the morning where there was no staff around.

Breakfast was great as well as the cleaning and the bonus fruits I found on room table.

The orribile smell in a bathroom. Impossible remain inside the room for more than 2 minutes.Room number 9.
