    • Nope! Loved every bit of it.
    • Couple of wee glitches: first room we were in had no heating so we were moved and upgraded, which was great. However, there was then some sort of internal communication breakdown, that meant that there was no room service for a couple of days

Staff were well trained, offered great customer service and could not have been better. Hotel had a nice feel and the location on the beach was outstanding. Really enjoyed the overall experience

The resort was absolutely stunning and filled you with wonder as you drove up on it. Though it was costly, everything about the property made you want to snuggle up and stay. We checked into the links villas after dark. We reached out to order room service and while we were waiting, they sent a van over to pick us up to explore the lodge. Again, everything was stunning. By the time we got back to the villa, the dinner was arriving. The delivery person brought the basket in and set each dinner out around the table and then pulled out the appropriate flatware and glasses so we didn’t need to fumble around the kitchen. Of all the places we stayed while in Ireland (and we stayed in a castle that had been turned into a resort!) this was by far our favorite. In fact, I would say that the Tump IGL&H is the most luxurious place we’ve ever stayed between the property and the way we were treated. In fact, I looked into buying the mattress and was sadly disappointed because the company does not serve the USA.

Besides the price, (and that’s a necessary evil in order to get that experience) there was absolutely nothing to complain about with the property.

Everything! Best golf course and staff was pure excellence bar none! Truly, Anna, Jamey, and Derra into the bar were the best!

    Nothing!

    Decor, golf course, food

Not being able to get dinner as a guest in the hotel because I didn’t have a reservation & had to go into the town for dinner

The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. They left no stone unturned and made it feel like a home. You always felt like they would have done anything they could to improve your stay.

Better connectivity for the TVs. I couldn't cast from my iPhone to the TV

The breakfast menu was amazing, great view. Dinner in the club house bar was very good. The location and the décor in the main hotel is of a very high standard. There was no expense spared in construction. Staff very friendly and helpful, in fact cant do enough to help you. The attention to detail in this hotel is what sets it apart. Would recommend for a mid week getaway or a small corporate event.

The shower in the room was difficult to work and we were a little far from main hotel. If the weather was bad, we'd have had to call a concierge taxi to pick us up, and if the hotel was busy the days we were there, we'd have been waiting. So really, nothing much to complain about here.

Trump International Golf Links and Hotel is a one of a kind property. It was thoughtfully curated with the finest furnishings, kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, and boasts a wonderful restaurant that we looked forward to visiting each day. Highly recommend staying here during any visit to the Irish coastline!

Staff were exceptional and the setting was picturesque. Food was immaculate, would definitely stay again.

Only way things could be improved is if there was a swimming pool.

The setting on the beach was amazing. Loved the quietness and the views from the hotel. We were there on a beautiful sunny day and the walk along the beach was unforgettable.

We stayed in two bedroom ocean view suite and it was perfect. The staff are wonderful, had dinner in the hotel, even used the personal taxi service to have a short visit to Doonbeg village.

Nothing, impossible to fault this hotel

Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Generally food was very nice. 24/7 shuttle to and from the cottages was great.

We were unable to check into our room until 6pm, 2 hours past check in time. We weren’t offered any assistance with luggage. On our second day during our stay, we came back to the room at 5pm while it was still being cleaned and we were required to wait to get back in. All of the staff were very pleasant but overall, didn’t feel it was a 5 star experience.

Nice location and beach. Rooms were relatively well appointed. Staff were nice. Good chauffeur service to the village, where there are two nice locations to eat (Morrisseys and Tubridys).

Quality of food was awful (breakfast and food in Trump restaurant). Did not have breakfast on final morning as was so poor. Main courses in Trump restaurant were taken off bill. No table service in main bar and extremely limited seating locations outside of bar (which got full easily and frequently). TV intermittently broken in bedroom. Housekeeping missed a day for both rooms (told that they were busy as hotel was full). Loud aircon/heating unit.

We were there for a wedding. It was a great venue for a wedding. Lovely location, nice staff, restaurant nice. Rooms and bed very comfortable.

The layout meant that you had to get shuttles and they were often very delayed, maybe bc there was a wedding but they knew about the wedding months before and could have staffed up. Also the room service we ordered took a very long time, 1.5hrs and arrived cold. we gathered bc they were overwhelmed by the wedding, but it was booked by everyone months in advance. We only got robes on our last day after asking for 2 days. Staff a bit overwhelmed but a great venue for the wedding and lovely overall.

The entire stay was fantastic, from the second we arrived until we left. We were staying in one of the Link Cottages, we were greeted by a lovely gentleman at the door who checked us in. We enjoyed a lovely lunch in trumps bar and returned again in the evening for dinner (would recommend booking diner), diner was super fresh and tasty as was breakfast the following morning. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the grounds are gorgeous and super clean with a beach on the doorstep. Would recommend a trip to the spa and a treatment to finish off your trip!

Only staying for one night!!Personal preference - The spa was separated into men and women , would have preferred if it was mixed

The staff were so nice espeically a young student called Rachel. The breakfast was excellent. We upgraded to a suite and it was exceptional.

When booking a room which was court yard view i didn't realise it was outside the hotel, so we upgraded. The trump bar was a let down no atmosphere and we could only get a table in the lobby for dinner and it was freezing. The Ocean view restaurant was closed on Sunday evening. We were very disapointed.
