- Dreadful. Not an hotel. No staff. Nobody to be seen. Lift broken. No way of getting into our room. We did not stay there and had to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Unacceptable . Please arrange to reimburse any money which we may have paid.

- This Hotel is a little gem - Restaurant was fantastic and all staff (particularly Simona) were really helpful and friendly.

- Our bathroom was badly sound isolated from the flat next door.
- Location very noisy with train back and forth all night, and windows are not isolated properly.Arriving there where no waitress to welcome, and the room number as not correct, so that I entered in the wrong room...
- The elevator was the slowest I've ever seen in my life... but as we were on vacation and there was no need to hurry that wasn't an issue for us.
