The room, the food and the people

Foggy water, can’t open windows much

On the Main Street near all the shops and Station. The Restaurant served good food. The entertainment was welcome.

We would have liked a coat hook for wet clothing on the wall near the room door as you enter. We did not want to hang damp coats in the Wardrobe.

Great location, bar and breakfast

Service in restaurant was poor, food wasn't great.

Hotel staff were lovely couple of sour face staff (manly the older ones). Breakfast was lovely but maybe more choice of everything

Supreme bedroom but NOT a supreme bedI'm 6ft and the bed was too small2 people lying on it was tight. Maybe make the bed supreme too

Central location

Jacuzzi function didn't work in the executive suite

Staffe were friendly . Room was clean and facilities were excellent

Food at the restaurant was very good, the room was as expected.

A lot of construction near the hotel, location was poor, not a clean area

Disappointing

Noise during the night like Alarm going off continuously. Reported this but got no reply

Location, nice bar and restaurant

A bit dated rooms, my UK charger didn’t work in any of the sockets.

Room was clean and beds comfortable huge room for family with kids

Smoking area right below the windows so noisy and could actually smell smoke when we open the windo. Also we asked if we need to book table for the restaurant and we said we don't have to. Taking it as its not busy. We had to leave the hotel for dinner as it the was no table available.

Nothing to complain about

Very central location in the town. Room was very spacious, clean and bright. Liked that you could crack open the windows a teeny bit. Comfortable bed with crisp, clean linen.Meals were very good.Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Some road noise present but bearable. The glass recycling truck plonked under our window very early in the morning not so good. Some of the furniture in our room could use a wee lick of paint or varnish.

Booked twin room got double.Duvet too hot.Irish are known for hospitality,your receptionist could be more friendly, first imptessions last

The room was everything I wanted for what I paid for. I had a wide range of options for breakfast. The menu for dinner had a white selection of options. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our meal together. I am a fan of burgers so, if you're a fan of burgers this is a good place to go.

The only thing I guess I don't like is the absence of a fan for the bedroom help cool off. Sometimes you can get a bit hot even in winter. That said it is understandable a lot of people want a hot room.

Lovely rooms nice staff

The noise of a disco felt like the whole room was shaking informed reception went on till all hrs drunks then outside the room !

I adore this hotel and have stayed here four times now and will be back again. They do an amazing Beetroot Burger as I eat a vegan diet.

Absolutely nothing

Love the hotel it was very much our vibe down to a t. Very modern in the bar and breakfast area and looked fab with the Christmas decorations!

Would like the rooms to be done up like the main hotel areas with a bit more modern but such lovely spacey rooms and loved the vending machine on the floor
