- The location and cosy leasure centre
- Great staff. Very accommodating. Beautiful castle inside and out. Amazing spa and pool.
Cons -
- Piano music all the time. Extra bed wasn't great
- Only complaint is the shower water temp never got hot. The tub did but the shower did not
