Really comfortable beds and bedding.. Had a great night's sleep here. The bus to and from Orvieto for New Year's Eve was super convenient.

The perfume smell in the foyer was pretty overpowering, and the shower was TINY

Very friendly staff and helping us to store our luggage prior to check-in and post check-out. Very good breakfast. A good hotel for one-night stay.

WiFi-signal is not stable. No kettle in the room

Breakfast decentRoom needs more cleaning and air-condition should run always if patrons needs it regardless of the season. Room was warm, and we asked how to turn the air-condition on, we were told due to the cooler weather outside air-condition has been turn off. We were told to open the windows to get the cooler air from the outside. Bull S--T.location is way deep in the city. You can't have excess unless you have a car or taxi.We are not sure we will stay there again.

The rooms were big and clean. Parking wasn’t a problem.

The hotel was tired looking, big furniture but looking a bit worn. Breakfast was just okay. Location didn’t have many restaurants around.

Good breakfast, perfect location for travelers and for visiting Orvieto.

The air-condition was weak and therefore it was hot in the room for sleeping.

Pleasant

The hotel was once quite grand but now we'll past it's best. The tree lined Avenue has a derelict building on one side and a football pitch in the other. It would appear to cater for religious groups. You could not sit on the toilet without your knees and head touching the shower cubicle.

The staff was very polite. The hotel has a free car parking. It is located 7 minutes driving from Orvieto center.The hotel is old, but clean and well-groomed. Everything was fine, as expected.

Bad

Given the vicinity of the hotel to the highway it would have been a good place to stay the night if one is driving long distance. I tried but didn’t get the night’s rest I paid for. There was a party close to the hotel which prevented me from sleeping. After trying till 01:00 I decided to leave. Didn’t find anybody at the reception so left the key there. I tried but didn’t get a refund, although I didn’t get what I paid for. The hotel management was disrespectful in their messaging and didn’t even get an apology. I wouldn’t recommend it.

View from window is really good. Room size pretty good, parking facility also good and breakfast also for value for money. Nice and clean room and bedsheets. They also provided extra pillow and duvet.

Shower is small size and AC is not working properly just normal noisy fan work

Conveniently situated to historical centre.Being winter, I cannot really comment on the ambience of the hotel. We were out all day so it served our needs.

The room was not very soundproof so could hear TV and muffled conversation from adjacent room.

Sabrina helped me find the place and gave her recommendations for restaurants and i honestly had the best pizza during my trip in Orvieto which was my last stop. Clean rooms and a hearty breakfast in the mornings.

Nice hotel but was surprised that they had made the decision to switch off the air-conditioning as they felt it was no longer needed, therefore unable to turn on air conditioning. Temperature in room was 28degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. We were told to open the window, which meant mosquito bites the next morning as no fly screens. Hotel should not state air conditioning as a facility they offer if they decide to turn it off.

Nice country setting, the hotel had a lot of charm and checkin and checkout very efficient.

Air conditioning was turned off, this seems to be a common occurrence in Italy, the dispite the temperature, the A/C is turned off at this time of year.

The hotel was out of central ovieto and only transport was a bus as only 4 taxis in town. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is suited to group bookings rather than a solo traveller's. Breakfast was good.

Location.

Room is big with a big balcony as well with a great view. Breakfast is wonderful! Staff are very pleasant and attentive.

The shower area is small for me and i am already small.
