Hotel Kristall

Breakfast was nice. Pastries, milk, croissants, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, yogurt, toast and jam.

I accidentally booked for 1 instead of 2 people. Upon arrival, they charged 30% fee to add my son to the room even tho the price difference when I booked was about 1%. SUPER INCONVENIENT location. Very industrial. 50 feet from train tracks & main road

Close to the jazz festival

Large room, spacious and clean. Perfect for my family

Perfect for the night before your travel. Comfortable beds, awesome bathroom. Parking available… all that we needed and just 5 minutes away from terminal 1

EVERYTHING! VERY NICE HOTEL!! SO SORRY MY FIRST REVIEW WAS A MISTAKE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT HOTEL, HOTEL ARISTOL IN MAESTRE. I APOLOGIZE FOR A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!

EVERYTHING WAS VERY NICE, CLEAN, RESTAURANT RIGHT NEXT DOOR. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!!

Good location just off the highway. Large comfortable room, free onsite parking. Helpful staff.

All good.

The breakfast was good

It was very dirty and loud

Helpful and friendly staff. Parking space. Elevator. Large space for family room. Close by the highway.

Noise isolation not the best.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite

There were no hooks where to hang big towels in the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient as we had 3 to accomodate on the only rail available. Also, breakfast was not great and could do with more variety.

Clean, excellent host. Big rooms with balcony. Right beside the highway. Good restaurant next door.

Location and clean

Lack of amenities in room…nowhere to hang anything in bathroom. No glases, coffee or tea facilities. No fruit or cooked food at breakfast

Good Location, Modern Hotel. good parking

Difficult front steps, no ramp for wheelchairs, pushchairs or disabled guestsPoor breakfast selection, no juices little savoury, no bread rolls, .Coffee in bar, is only espresso

Good staff and breakfast is ok too. And the parking is included which is good too.

The hotel is very noisy to sleep. Could hear my neighbors talking and walking around.

Exactly what you pay for - good location with parking and the included breakfast was simple but perfect.

Aircon was only available in the evening and whilst it was cool outside - there were no fly screens so couldn’t leave the windows/door open as there were a lot of mosquitoes.

Very nice clean room, good breakfast, plenty of parking free space. The reception staff was very polite, the gentleman in the night shift also tried to find us a table in a near-by restaurant.

Very old furniture in the room Balcony was extremely dirty No wifi in the room No more stay there for such price !!!

Room size was great. Great advide on what to do

No air while we were there. We had to purchase a fan.

Really good value for money. Strategically located between the highway and Orvieto city. Helpful and dedicated staff. There's Coop/Eurospin/shopping mall nearby to get supplies for your travels.

Bring your Italian outlet adapters :)

Breakfast and staff

Hotel is located between highway and fast train line - so extremely loud. And as the AC wasn‘t working, we had to keep the window open - and hardly slept.

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient

Early check out (10am) and some of the facilities are rather outdated.

Straight off the Autostrata after a long drive. Great Italian buffet breakfast. Good wifi.

Room was fine, Air Conditioning was noisy but to be fair it was a heatwave so understandable. No refrigerator.
