Pros +
- The owner and staff could not do enough for us, and the breakfast was very good. She makes delightfully delicious baked goods every day! And there is such a selection. We have nothing bad to say about the hotel or the staff. We will stay here again when we are in Orvieto. Btw, their recommendation for dinner/lunch at Trattoria Al Corsica down the street was excellent. We were sad we could only eat there once!
- The staff was excellent, very friendly. The location was great and we had a beautiful view from our window. The breakfast was very good.
- Location was fabulous, hosts were wonderful, beds were comfy!

It was available. We secured the reservation quickly as our circumstances changed. Priced right.
To short of a stay to really say.
This is my second time staying at this hotel. I love everything about it! The staff is wonderful, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is lovely especially Maria's home made cakes and pastries. The rooms are super clean and the beds are really comfortable. It's quiet enough that there is no street noise but you can still hear the birds and the church bells. The hotel is located just a short walk from the funicular, the main street, lots of restaurants and shops and the Duomo.I'll stay here again if I return to Orvieto.
Nothing!
Great location and very friendly staff and great shower pressure!
Thin walls
The staff at the hotel were so nice and professional. We had such a great time talking to Valerio and learning thing from him about the area
Nothing at all
The breakfast was very good. The owner made the cakes. The front desk person was very helpful with assisting us with parking our car. The accommodations were great with good air conditioning.
Location, Staff, were excellent
Morning wake up call
The friendly staff, its location and a very nice breakfast.
Rooms are old but clean
Staff are excellent they go above and beyond interesting conversations excellent coffee and breakfast
Very nice location, friendly staff, very good breakfast.
There is nothing to mention.
This was a fantastic last-minute find. It was the best hotel we stayed in our entire trip. The room was great, big, comfortable, clean, and quiet. The front desk guy, Val, was amazing. So cheerful, helpful, and accommodating. He made our entire experience a pleasure. We enjoyed chatting with him. There was a parking garage available to keep our car overnight which was great. A great value too. Location is in old town, convenient to all the historical attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was included and was simply amazing. A big buffet with bakery-quality pastries, croissants, meats, cheeses, cereal, yogurt, juices, coffees made to order by a barrista. A dining area to sit down and enjoy it all. I can't say enough about it.
The only thing that could have been better, and was a bit amusing, was the small, triangular shower. Barely big enough to fit in, and no shelf to put any shampoo or soap on, but it worked. The rest of the bathroom was quite large. Everything else was so amazing that it was easy to look past. I would definitely stay here again!
Very friendly and caring staff. At the desk Valerio was particularly helpful and had much good information about
A bathtub instead of a shower would have been nice
It was in Orvieto, breakfast was great! Two of the employees were wonderful, went above and beyond to help me when my husband was sick.
Small room, large furniture, too much furniture, 2 of 4 staff were not helpful (would not even get me a bottle of water).
Breakfast was wonderful. Location was good, in the town of Orvieto. Two of four staff members went above and beyond to help me when my husband was sick,
Disrepair. Bathroom door stuck on floor, very hard to open and close it. Only one shutter was accessible and it would not stay open. Furniture was too close, kept tripping and bumping it.
Nice hotel a little off the beaten path in Orvieto with easy walk to Funicular. Room spotless, great shower with instant hot water. Breakfast was simple but plentiful, good cappuccino, nice staff. Our only complaint is very poor WiFi connection…. We do recommend for value but they really need to upgrade WiFi service.
Very centrally located. The staff was very kind and very helpful. Always ready to help in anyway possible.
Shower to small and dated but functional. Could use an update.
The hotel was well located and had parking available for 10 euros. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room which was fine for one night, although the bathroom was definitely on the small side, particularly the shower.Good breakfast.
Rooms are small and fairly spartan, but clean and bed is comfortable (pillows are hard and awful, as with most places in Italy). Good storage options for a small room, we weren’t tripping over our suitcases and there was room to hang what we needed to unpack for a 2 day stay. The hotel has reserved parking in a lot just a couple of blocks away, at a reasonable rate for a popular tourist area.
Bathroom shower was tiny, would not fit a bigger person.
