The property is located at a stunning and secluded location, overlooking the hills and city of Orvieto. The room/apartment was comfortable and decorated in a very tasteful way. We stayed in the Sauvignon room, which was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the fact that we had a private terrace. The outdoor areas were wonderfully maintained and the pool was amazing. Perfect place to wind down and relax.

Breakfast was included, however the “savory” dishes (e.g. eggs, oats, yoghurt) were not included and had to be paid for separately. Coming from a culture where we prefer a “savory” breakfast, it was a pity we had to pay extra for these dishes. The quality of the breakfast was however very good. The property is quite secluded, which I loved. The property offers dinner options, however these options are quite limited. We would have happily had dinner at the property more often if they would have offered more (affordable) options.

The location was gorgeous. The room was beautiful - we especially loved the fireplace! Sadly, the restaurant was not open yet, but we did have a wonderful breakfast and a wonderful cheese and meat platter for our first night. The wine was fantastic as well. They were very accommodating and answered all the questions that I had leading up to our say through Whats App. It was the perfect place to relax!

We rented a car since it is further from the city center and the road was pretty rough. It is to be expected when you are wanting country side views, so we were okay with it.

Incredible stay, HIGHLY recommend. Staff were very friendly, accomodating, down to earth. Food was exceptional, best meal we had in our trip and the location, room, facilities were beautiful. Our only regret is not booking more nights.

After working more than 15 years ourselves in hospitality this place was above our imagination. We have seen already a lot of beautiful places, but this place is not only beautiful, the atmosphere, every member of the staff is extremely friendly. We stayed here a week with our 2 kids, we have small kids (4 months and 3,5 years) but this was absolutely no problem. We felt very welcommed, the vibe was really warm and sincere. The room was above our expectations, and was even better than on the photos! - The room: was cleaned every day, we got every day fresh water on the rooms, fresh home made cookies and crackers and The room was always tidy and the beds were made very neatly every day and all this during our breakfast. The terrace was very spacious and relaxing- The breakfast: The breakfast was of an unprecedented level. Everything was crisp and fresh, every day a different range of homemade cakes, pastries, juices, etc. The extra options that could be adjusted were also delightful.- Apero and lunch: Throughout the day you could order drinks and lunch via WhatsApp, these were brought to the swimming pool/apartment: again processed down to the last detail!- The swimming pool was AMAZING. The view was the best view of our 4-week trip in Italy. And maybe one of the most beautiful views in our lives. The domain is taken care of down to the last detail, every day you see passionate people taking care of everything: from the plants, the grass, the swimming pool,- The staff: Huge passionate staff, friendly staff, very professional team. From the staff for breakfast, to the ladies who take care of the rooms, to the lady at the reception: everyone was very friendly and we felt very welcomeThe restaurant for dinner: As mentioned, we have been in the hospitality industry for more than 15 years, and the level of cuisine served here is very, very high. The female chef has amazed us dish after dish, made us happy, our taste buds were stimulated.

Absolutely beautiful location and our room was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The food was outstanding and the staff were perfection.

We were staying at the Merlot house and loved every second of it. The views and the whole property is stunning. Breakfast was various and delicious as well as the 7 course dinner and we really suggest to try their own wines. All the personnel we met was very helpful and friendly and made us feel like home. Unforgettable experience for sure!

A wonderful place for a quiet rest, where everything is thought out to the smallest detail to make you feel especially good. Very tastefully furnished rooms. Cleanliness, comfort, good smell, comfortable beds and even several pillow options for your taste. Very special place, beautiful views, especially in the pool area.I can't not mention the food! Michelin-worthy cuisine! Everything is fresh, tasty, beautiful, good service. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner.Thanks for the perfect timing! We still remember you! We still talk to each other about how good it was!

Beautiful scenery, lovely food and comfortable cottages. A 10 minute drive from Orvieto & good base to visit surrounding villages.

The road into the property is narrow & winding on dirt and generally single lane. So if you meet another car, you need to back up as not many places to pass. Also taxi companies don't really want to pick you up so you need to rent a car.

Just like a dream. This place was the most magical place we’ve ever stayed in. The views were just breathtaking, the location was absolutely stunning, the food unlike anything we’ve tasted before and the staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcome. Will always think so highly of this location and recommend to all!

Actually not a great experience that I expected. First of all, it was so wet and cold in the house, bad and towels was so wet, bcs I guess no one live there for a while, so we moved the bed under conditioner to warm it up by ourself, bcs stuff didn’t answer to us about this problem. I think they should check and prepare the house before guests. Then breakfast was not good, it was just sweet bread, for eggs and etc you should pay. And stuff was not friendly, it’s not typical for Italy for me. Came here from another beautiful villa and was upset. Too pricey! The pool and view was nice, that’s it.

There weren’t enough hot water in the shower. I took a shower at 10:30 PM and after 2 min the water were freezing. After the short cold shower we talked to the reception that said this never happened and suggested to switch rooms. This was irrelevant since it was already late, I was already after the cold shower, and rooms were not located at the same area (so we had to move the car with us as well). we expected to get some discounts for this really bad experience and they said they will “see what they can do” and will let us know soon. Three weeks have passed with no one contacting us. This venue definitely doesn’t worth almost 300 € per night.

Everything is beautiful. Gorgeous room, amazing views, wonderful pool, great food and wine, and Federica and Daniele are the best hosts. The silence is beautiful.

Amazing facilities and scenic view. The food prepared by the chef was incredible - would highly recommend eating in the restaurant one evening.
