Every little detail from this hotel was perfect.

Everything was great.

Great views, the room is huge, there are 2 pools (one panoramic with snack bar), rich breakfast and nice picnic area.

The restaurant were a disappointment - prepare to wait A LOT for service and food, and the food itself wasn't worth its price

Beautiful Property! Clean friendly staff.

Some of the lodging buildings are far away from the reception desk. The walk is far and up and down hills with no baggage assistance.

Staff was not friendly or engaging. Room walls were thin, we could hear someone urinating in the next room. Restaurant was pretentious.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and incredible food and wine.

Nothing other than the steep drive but it so worth it.

Staff was very courteous and helpful, nice restaurant on the property top end. Beautiful views, comfortable bed great shower head. We only stayed one night passing through but seems like a great place to just go and relax and enjoy. Nice little balcony with the room. Oh, and free breakfast was amazing!

Room was a little small, but not too bad. But very important, GPS took us the back roadway, which was some kind of horrible dirt road. Make sure you come in from the other side where there would be no issue.

The breakfast had a nice selection served out on a very nice patio overlooking the winery.

I would have preferred a balcony looking out towards the winery. But we were a last minute booking and took the last room available. The furniture was very generic for the nice resort. I expected more luxury, but the bed was very comfortable and we needed to relax coming from busy Rome.

Beautiful, good and wine were amazing. Staff became like family in only two days. Spa staff were fantastic

The restaurant. Had one of the best items ive experienced. The raw sea bass with trout roe was just wonderful and wines were great also

The views were incredible!! The resort was immaculately clean! The staff went out of their way to provide whatever was needed. The food, breakfast and dinner were delicious and the service was fantastic!!

Everything was great, only difficulty was the narrow road to the resort, but that’s how you get the wonderful views!!

Staff at the main restaurant for dinner been overwhelmed with service and was very slow and did not feel so accomodating however the food is very good

Staff and restaurant were great. We did not have toime to enjoy the pool but it looked great

Lovely location that lacks customer centric staff.

Staff, especially manager, were not friendly or customer centric. Room was not done and they came up with excuses rather than solutions.

Gorgeous views and beautiful property! Rooms are beautiful as well. Balcony was great Nice to relax by the pool.

I think customer service is lacking at this property.Both in the restaurant and around the pool. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and looked after us very well. Maybe even look into a shuttle service that runs back and forth to the old city ( time schedule ) for a small fee

THE BREAKFAST WAS DELICIOUS BUT THE MOST SPECTACULAR PART ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS THE LOCATION. THE VIEWS ARE STUNNING AND THE ROOM WAS ENORMOUS AND VERY COMFORTABLE WITH A HUGE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE VINEYARDS

The view was excellent form the restaurant and the bar . The food was excellent at the restaurant. We took a walk around the grounds and found it very pleasant with a great view of the vineyard and the valley.

I rented a car and found the road a little challenging, but the reward at the destination was well worth it.
