Water pressure was a little low
The location was perfect to be able to walk the whole town. The hotel was quaint and the rooms were perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast room was cozy. The gentleman making coffees and hot chocolate was kind and did his job very well.
The only thing I'd change, as in most hotels in Italy, is that there's not enough shelf or hooks in the bathroom.
