The location has beautiful and serene views. The staff was friendly even though nobody spoke english.

The room was very hot and stuffy due to the heatwave, also didnt have curtains on the window :(

I came with my 3 years old daughter. And honestly, the staff was amazingly tolerant to kids. You know kids of this age are hard to understand. And it felt, people there are so much understanding. Food was great. And facilities and flexibilities of the compound excellent. They really try to make your stay great. I was surprised and can only recommend. If you are not posh, still demanding, do not feel shy to come...

I don't like carpets and no place in the world would change it.

Beautiful location, well kept, on site parking, friendly staff, good food, spacious room and bathroom.

Wish the indoor pool was warmer! Bathtub plug “worked” but should be replaced to work better.

The property is located in a very beautiful and calm area. Service was very good and beds were super comfortable.

The heating in the room did not work that well. Also the pool was pretty cold. The sauna made up for it though.

The room was spacious. The restaurant was lovely, The Czech cuisine was good.

There was not enough clean in the bathroom. No disposable slippers at all.No mini bar, no kettle, no tea, no coffee, no water.I asked about separate beds for my kids, the answer was NO.

The most I liked area itself, during the night were seen stars, during the day are touristic path around and natural treasures of local mountains. Staff was great and friendly.

Pool can be heated :), wellness area is nice cozy, smaller. Swimming pool is great, but not if the temperature of water is 16C :)...even if outside is 35C

It was the worst hotel we ever stayed. The room was dated. Dirty damage carpets.Even walls were dirty with spider net and damaged from water leaking from the roof. We slept on the sofa bed, which was so uncomfortable and noisy. No air conditioning or fan, and you can barely breathe in the heat through the night. Not even glass to poor your drink. No any refreshments provided. Bath time was nightmare. Water was running so slowly to fill the bath that took ages .The shower head was attached and not long enough that you are comfortable and without bending wash yourself. Water was changing hot to cold while you were showering my kids were screaming and crying while I was showering them.The swimming pool was working till 17.30 and when you are outside all day by the time you come back it's closed and your kids are so disappointed. We never had a chance to use it.There is nothing to do for kids , no playground, or any toys to keep kids entertainmented outside while you are in a restaurant .Staff never asked if we were OK. Not even at checkout asked how our stay was. Never ever would stay there again.

There used to be nice swimming pool, different types of sauna, billiard and other entertainment facilities - which are either partly or completely not functional at the moment.Seems like the property been under-invested for several years, unfortunately

Excellent facilities, nice swimming pool, decent breakfast. The place is very beautiful and situated in an amazing. surroundings. If you travel by car it is easy to get to every attraction in this area.

The picture of the room we booked showed a standing-alone double bed, in reality not every room in this category has that, so we had to sleep under a very low ceiling, but apparently, we booked the last room so that they couldn't change it. However, I believe this room should cost less and fall under a different category, since it is extremely uncomfortable for couples.

Location and staff were the best. The person at the reception ensured we had the right information for our hike. The location is also as good as it can get in Bohemia Switzerland.

The hotel can have a better ventilation during warm nights. I did not ask for a fan as we were very tired by the time we reached, but a fan would have definitely helped.

Absence of client orientation of the staff except the waitresses of the restaurant. To expensive for provided quality.

It’s worthwhile to come just for the beautiful location. Off the main track, the village only consists of a few houses and another b&b. Absolutely amazing views, large fields, wonderful for us and our dog. The hotel houses a nice restaurant with friendly staff. Breakfast offered a nice selection. Pool was very much appreciated after a long walk; it’s good size and also has a sauna (which could be hotter).

I would definitely take my own pillow next time. Also, my husband was seriously injured during our walk and I had to call an ambulance to the hotel. Although the staff came out when they were taking him away and watched the “show”, no one (not even the receptionist) asked if we need anything which I would have expected (at least as a matter of courtesy)

Good bed

No confortable shower, the roof was really low, we were litteraly smacking our heads all the time

Beautifiul area, very calm. They have a great restaurant - delicious czech meals, nice service.

The second bed in our apartament was not really comfortable and very loud (because of metal construction)

The staff was great an spoke English. The location was good for us. The food was tasty.

There was a problem with the toilet, the water didn't come down. It was in the morning before we left so we didn't call for help....
