Wellness Hotel Praha

The receptionist was helpfull, great location, modern and comfortable bathromm and nice view from the balcony.

Instead of a doubled bed (as we orderd) we received two small beds that were placed next to each other. There was a gap of about 5 cm between them. The room was very small with no place to open our luggage.

Great location in Hrensko. Comfortable room. Breakfast was good.

The room was cosy and generous with a nice bathroom. We also enjoyed the food, breakfast as well as dinner were good. The person at the reception was very friendly and - being lazy - it was great that they speak German.

Great location, especially for people who like walking. Room was pleasant, clean and a good size. Room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. The man at reception helped with all our questions though the reception is only open at certain times. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The lobby was small

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, helpful reception desk. Felt very welcomed. Stocked fridge was extra nice after a long day of traveling.

Nothing to complain about except for the strong scented air freshener at the reception desk. Too strong of a chemical smell after hiking in nature all day.

River views, cleanliness and good breakfast

Lovely Clean room overlooking stream. Good position to access walking trails. Parking for a fee but reservation required.

This hotel has a great little spot tucked under the rock face with fantastic views down the stream to the River.

Rude and erogant staff creates an unpleasant atmosphere. When we arrived two hours before check-in time, we were welcomed with yelling from a hotel employee and then forced to leave without being able to leave our suitcases or park our car. By the way, the yelling was in German, the employee did not speak English and in order to explain what she was yelling about she had to call a colleague. On the last day of our stay, we were required to return 3 apples that we had taken from our breakfast with us to our room. It turns out that taking 3 apples out is so unacceptable that another employee had to be sent to our room demanding that the apples be returned. Apart from the above hotel attitude, the hotel is definitely reasonable, in a good location to travel, and meets the price performance requirements .

Very convenient parking, hotel in the very center, by the river, beautiful views from the windows, very tasty breakfast, really very nice staff, clean and tidy everywhere. I recommend it.

We stayed in on of their small double bedrooms for four nights in the middle of November. We were very satisfied with our stay. The location is very convenient to explore Czech Switzerland. The bedroom was a good size and had everything we needed. The bathroom was modern and practical. The receptionist was welcoming and helpful. You could tell this was off season as there were not many staff members but that did not affect the good running of the hotel. The breakfast was also good and there was enough variety for us.

The only thing I can mention is that if you are a light sleeper, be aware that the curtains are not blackout and there are street lights outside so you may want to bring a mask (we used the towels on the windows to block the light) and also, in the summer of you wanted to sleep with the window open, you will be able to hear the cars driving by and the river flowing. It was November for us so we kept the windows shut and they are double glazed so it was very quiet.

Nice rooms, helpful stuff with good attitude

Not all of the stuff speaking English hot water ends quickly - taking bath is impossible.

Relatively good hotel for the area, excellent location, old but clean and tidy, convenient parking close to the main attraction

Free breakfast was awesome and generous. Dinners at the hotel restaurant were delicious and priced very well. Staff were awesome and accomodating.

very nice hotel in the national park, close to different hikes and all the national park hot spots, breakfast buffet included really everything, dinner in the restaurant very good, friendly receptionist German and English speaking, we consider coming back, definitely recommendable

Location amazing. Parking is free. Staff were friendly.

Reception is only available at certain hours so early check in wasn’t possible even though we asked earlier and they said they’d try. In fact the room was almost an hour late. They served us complementary coffee during our wait. Rooms carpets are old and look dirty, bed sheets had holes and had fur balls. The tub was rusty. There was no kettle in the room. Also though they said it was air conditioned it was really hot overnight with no AC control to be seen. Breakfast could be better.

Very kind and helpful staff, great location (quiet and close to hiking routs), tasty meals… But the best was the calming sound of the river flowing just below the window.
