Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, always welcoming and helpful, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. A special highlight is the overall atmosphere of the hotel, which has a beautiful medieval vibe perhaps enhanced by the stunning view of the castle, adding to the unique and memorable experience.

Everything was perfect, from the wonderful lady at check in, our room was bright and clean, comfortable bed and a nicely stocked bar/refrigerator. Breakfast was delicious and check out was a breeze. We went up the exterior stairs to use the hot tub and an available salt water pool and were pleasantly surprised with the selection of beverages and snacks. Everything is on the honor system where you write down what you eat/drink to your corresponding room number.

We had a wonderful stay at the SPA Hotel in Karlštejn! The secluded location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the host was incredibly welcoming. The breakfast was excellent, and our family truly enjoyed the stay. Next time, we’ll visit when the pool is open! We highly recommend this lovely place.

Nice facility, great view, friendly staff

Everything wonderful, the pool view, receptionists more than friendly, tasty breakfast. I would not change anything, just prolong our stavy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us lots of tips what to see and where from are the best views. Nothing was a problem. We were warned that not everywhere are payment cards accepted due to bad signal. There was a small fridge,hairdryer and mini bar in the room. The rooms were clean. The hot tub was excellent, the view breathtaking.

Perfect location and amazing view from the swimming pool towards Carlstejn Castle

The hotel is located right in the center of town, not far from the fortress. The pool was our favorite part - excellent view and good temperature. Very friendly staff and nice rooms.

I wish the pool and patio didn't close at 7pm.

Extremely horrible. The employee of reception can only speak Czech, neither German nor English, and rude, uneducated, unprofessional. I travel around the world more than 20 years never met such Service of a 4 Stars Hotel like this one. I choice the Hotel because Feedback with Note 9.2, how can be that the Hotel received a Note of 9.2? I think Booking com is also the fault that give us such wrong informations.

I have never such experience that i have to call police come to Hotel solves my problem with Hotel. And i need to contacted Chinese Foreign Ministry. It took 4 Hours there, i passed one of my important business meeting.

it is getting quite expensive

location, pool is AMAZING, feels updated and modern at pool deck, loved the self serve bar and gift shop restaurant parking. staff is super friendly. we will be back.

gosh it needs an update on rooms there is a way to keep it historical and still be updated. I hope it is in the plans.
