Pros +
- Great location, amazing breakfast
- Everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, as always, with home-baked cakes, hams and sausages from a local producer and the delicious freshly baked bread. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
- Very spacious rooms, nice and clean bathroom. We loved the welcoming and helpful staff and absolutely exceptional breakfast.
Cons -
- Very small room, not very comfortable
- The only minus is lack of lift which causes lifting all luggage by yourself to your room. Second or third floor doesn’t help…
- It is difficult to shut the room door quietly. In the morning you might be woken up by a sudden noise from the other room or you might wake someone up.

Central location, quiet hotel with a very good buffet breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, gave us good advice on purchasing online tickets for Szczeliniec and Błędne Skały, which we did not know and we therefore avoided queues. Also a very clean room.

We arrived at night and it was no problem to stay a bit longer next day. Pretty good breakfast. Very comfortable bed!
Shower could be cleaner / better maintained.
The hotel is located close from the center and in a very quiet zone. The staff is outstanding, they give you recommendations about the surrounding area and what you can do during your stay. The room was clean with a very comfy bed and silent. Breakfast has a lot of variety of food which was very tasty and high quality. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely we will come back.
The shower was not working properly, it didn't have enough pressure.
The location was great, very close to a beautiful park with mineral water. The breakfast was pretty good, just as the parking, located in front of the hotel. There were a lot of parking spots available. The receptionist was very polite and answered all our questions.
They didn't turn on the heat in the rooms, so it was pretty cold.
Very good location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.
I was feeling uncomfortable asking for extra toilet roll at the front of the recepion desk. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom from day one. No tea or coffee to make in the room.
Very kind & friendly staff, comfortable & warm room. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!
Very nice and cozy hotel. Great staff. Delicious breakfast.
the rooms are clean and nice? very good breakfast and nice staff they speak english ? location is good close to the city center.
rooms are nice and spacious, parking outside next to main entrance, breakfast had everything.
reception didnt speak english.
Very quiet, super clean, specious room. Excellent and very helpful staff. Very good breakfast, with amazing selection (including vegan options). Would highly recommend!
Is close to good and better restaurants. Is close to main park.Rooms are enough big and comfortable.
In the description was not mentioned that the internal playground for children was closed due to Covid reasons. As we were traveling with 2 small children we chose this hotel mainly because of the internal playground and we were very disappointed that was closed.Restaurant area is very small and breakfast is overvalued and overpriced. Choice is limited and overall quality is medium for this type of hotel and price.
The location is perfect, walking distance from the centre and a very good restaurant (Dobre Smaki) - recommended by lovely hotel staff.Very good breakfast, parking outside the hotel available, great views :).
No lift - might be problematic if you have a pushchair, are an elderly person or simply have a lot of luggage.
Very good impression straight at the check in. Room was bright and very clean. Impressive breakfast with very good variety of cold cuts, cereals, service also very good and polite.
Loved the breakfast - it was exceptional
Location!!! Next to the parkSuperb breakfast
Breakfast was lovely and taste
Bed was little uncomfortable
I love breakfast, I totally didn't expect such a great choice of a full buffet. Also a huge advantage is the drying room for ski/snowboard equipment
