+ very friendly staff;+ free parking;+ nice, not-yet-destroyed-by-guests room;+ great restaurant (the chief is really good!), incudes sunny terrace;+ very good breakfast (and there is waffle-maker on the place - where you can prepare your fresh, tasty waffle - is a great idea), there was also a honey in the whole honeycomb thingy from local hive;+ there is a bar, game room and SPA things there too.

- paid games for hotel guests (I don't know, maybe this is normal in that area but I've seen free games in other hotels);- shower arangement is not the best - basically all the floor up to the entrance to the bathroom tends to be wet after shower.

Very clean, variety of food served on breakfast, excellent dinner. Pets are allowed.

Everydayday was something different and food was veeeeery tasty :) swimming pool, sauna and playground for kids were brilliant after whole day on ski.

Internet was a bit too weak in the room.

Pleasant accommodation and an excellent restaurant. Friendly staff. The rooms are very nicely furnished. We had a nice view of the surrounding woods and hills, at night without light smog. For the first time in my life, I saw the stars directly from the window at night. Unfortunately, we didn't try the wellness, there was no time.The surrounding nature is beautiful.

The hotel feels brand new, well built with high quality materials. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was over the top, great selection of quality foods and beverages, one of the best buffets I've ever eaten. Bonus point for a US made, commercial grade waffle maker, it absolutely rocks!

Little surprised that a brand new hotel was missing AC. I was able to manage the temp with opening the windows so not endo of the world

We were welcome by our name and a big smile by the receptionist. It was lovely. The staff is kind and helpfull. The place is clean, comfortable and has a delicious breakfast with many options, you have even the possibility to cook your own gofry/pancakes.. Parking available, good swimming pool.

Unfortunately nothing.

We recently stayed at a hotel during autumn holidays with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. The hotel advertised itself as an English-Polish hotel, but none of the employees we met spoke even basic English. The room was not clean, with spiderwebs in all corners and a dirty shower and toilet brush. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was no place to hang our swimming clothes or wet hiking or skiing clothes. Our windows faced directly onto the parking lot, which meant that everyone passing by could see into our room. The food in the restaurant was terrible, with no English menu and nobody to explain the menu. The breakfast was also disappointing, with only one type of fruit (melon) and no sweet breakfast options available after 9am. We had prepaid for breakfast but ended up going elsewhere instead. The swimming pool and sauna had no English guidance or rules, and the floors were dirty. The pool loungers were broken, and there was no gym equipment other than bikes and treadmills in a smelly room with no weights or space for mats.

SPA and fun area are great. Clean and cozy. Three whirpools and funtains i the pool are nice positive surprise. We have used as well massage option and it was as well nice.

Room and bathroom are really nice and clean when we came in. I would just suggest to pay bit more attention to cleaning floors (in the bathroom especially) Also I would appreciate some jogger or extra cloth for bathroom after using shower.

We loved the pool, jacuzzi and the sauna. Room was excellent- clean and spacious, with very comfy beds. The highlight however was the staff! The nicest people, extremely helpful and kind, always smiling, especially Lena who was on reception. She greeted us with a smile and helped with my unlimited number of questions!

Great accommodation directly in the Zieleniec Ski resort. Wellness and Spa free to use for the hotel guests. Good breakfast, friendly staff, easy parking.

Breakfast was the best ever, unbelievable variety of food, fantastic.All staff were super nice and helpful.The room was very warm without the need to switch the radiators fully on.Bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows.Location was excellent.

We could hear the people next door talking quietly, very thin walls. Luckily there wasn't any noisy celebrations late at night.Selection of teas in the room not very impressive, no coffee or milk.
