Translation into English:The bus blocked the entire parking lot in front of the hotel, making it impossible to enter or exit for an hour. The lady who was working at the reception that evening was very rude and refused to react. The rooms were not very clean and had no kettle.

Nice location, plenty of parking space, a room to store bicycles/ski equipment.

The SPA facilities were not working but no one has informed us about that in advance, neither was a compensation suggested in any form.Would be a nice touch to provide at least some water in the room. We checked in on weekend when the stores were closed, asked if the tap water was drinkable, and only got response that it’s better not to drink it.

It’s a bit cold at night when it’s -10C outside and you can hear noise from the near room when they use the washbasin. The restaurant is 3/5.

Nothing was hot including the coffee and not much options5) no welcoming smile at staff face 6) paid almost 50 PLN extra through booking.comwhereas at hotel website the prices for date of stay were less.When requesting to staff at property for this price difference there was no positive response to resolve this and finally I ended up paying more .

Marvellous little hotel in a lovely location between mountains surrounded by forest. It's surprisingly quiet, pleasant and helpful staff, authentically stylish interior, pretty clean and good breakfast.

There could be some more vegeterian options for breakfast.

Location is very good. They provided a hairdryer and a pot for boiling water in room for tea/coffee upon request.

The staff was scandalously inhospitable, the internet in my room was not working properly but they didn't seem to care.. The hotel charges for first class service but provides service of a provincial motel. The staff at the breakfast was totally clueless, I had to ask separately for coffee, then for bread, then for jam, then for juice. The shower stalls are really small. There is no elevator. When I was leaving the person at the front desk just took the key and said nothing.

Spa is good, room is spacious, clean

Restrauant is not providing dinner option, we can't order online food, very small city, was snowing, no option provided for dinner. Enquired about cable car mountains, no proper information shared, went to mountain by taxi, amount got wasted, as cable car was not running

The spa area was really nice and the rooms were so spacious! There was also a kids room and a kid's play area outside with a big yard to run around. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning.

I wish the staff was able to communicate with us in English, it was sometimes really hard to understand each other.

We were thoroughly delighted with our stay at the hotel. Its elegant exterior and palace-like interior made a lasting impression, setting it apart from the other hotels we encountered on our trip. The interior was tastefully furnished, creating a warm and cozy ambiance that even impressed our dog. In Western Europe, it would undoubtedly be classified as a higher-end establishment.The breakfast, served buffet-style in a beautifully appointed dining hall, added to the overall appeal of the hotel. Its proximity to key attractions such as the spa park, concert hall, pump room for medicinal and mineral waters, and various restaurants made our stay very pleasant. Duszniki-Zdroj, nestled in the charming Sudetes mountains, is already a picturesque location, and this hotel undeniably contributes to the town's allure. It can be confidently considered one of the attractions of Duszniki-Zdroj.

No elevator and the room on the 3rd floor. Small room with small windows.Whould not say it's a 4 Star Hotel.

Hotel is located very nicely -a little bit further from the centre than the resort park in the valley, apart from from street. This is a very nice heritage building. The interiors are cosy. The room is spacious and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was great - very fresh and tasty. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

The only weak side I would say - I got the room on the top floor which offered a limited views and there was no elevator - which I understand in a heritage buidling but still it can be a disadvantage when you have to carry up a heavy luggage.

Fantastic staff, amazing food, very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, beautiful view.
