Hotel sells rooms in a separate quest house nearby without any information that your room will be in a separate building. Be careful because that is a scam. Standard room is not in the main hotel building which means that to get to the breakfast or use spa area you have to walk outside. Which wouldn't be anything bad if it was directly stated in the offer. Moreover there is no single photo of the guest house where the standard room is located. For the same price in the city you can book a room in a different hotel and actually be in the hotel not a guesthouse standard room advertised by the hotel. This is not the first opinion written by a misled customer from what I have seen... this is all unacceptable.

That place is not dog friendly. We asked if we can change the room (which was in another building) to get closer to the wellness and the answer was „no, you cant because the dog is too big”. Also they didnt tell us about additional cost of the dog at the begining. Receptionist barely speak english.Wellness (swimming poll as well) is price included only for 1 hour, so if you would like to stay longer you have to pay additionaly.The owner was rude and not helpful with anything.

We stayed at the Dependance which is a short walk to the main building. The room is nice and cosy but it would be great if they at least had some water in the room or if there would be possibility to make a coffee. I do understand these rooms are lower category and its a pitty they do not upgrade these to have higher ratings, like new beds, curtains, minibar etc. These could be then really wonderful to stay in.

The restaurant called Orange was very good.

I thought I booked a room in the hotel but actually I was mislead as my reservation was in an annex building called "Depandance" which is located further down the road 3 mins walking from the spa and main hotel. There I could hear in the attic staff tenant banging doors and walking on the squeaky wooden floor in an all wooden building with no sound insulation whatsoever and facilites are not so modern. Although my whole stay was nice I didn't get the relaxing time I was hoping for. The SPA is classy and modern although the Turkish baths are not hot enough to get the benefits. The long swimming pool is great but you are only entitled for 1 hour with a reservation in the "Depandance" building. If you want a room in the main building with no limitations with the SPA, you'd have to pay almost double. I hope this helps for your choice

Great experiences! Friendly staff, great location, yummy breakfast, amazing restaurant with delicious wine. Wellness was great as well. Definitely will be back.

The wellness area is soothing and very relaxing. It has good spacing, so the guests don't disturb each other. The cuisine is top notch and the breakfasts were very pleasant.

At the dependance, you can hear the neighboring guests through the plasterboard.

Outstanding staff, from receptionist to waiters and waitresses.Everything was clean, cozy.Fantastic dinner as well as rich breakfast.Modern wellness with two saunas and pool.

The meal was very good the room was comfortable . The stuff was very helpful.

To use the spa you have to go thru the restorant. A long way and the spa was not free only one hour

service, cleanliness, spa, food, drinks.

Staff were very helpful when there was a mistake in the room allocation. We loved the wellness room we ended up in, and the facilities in the wellness area were fantastic. Location is lovely, tucked up in the hill away from the town. We wish we stayed for longer!

We didn’t have a kitchen in our room, not even fridge or minibar and also no kettle. We didn’t have dressing gowns as other guests.

The room had a lot of space and the bed was great. Spa was amazing and we were lucky to be the only ones there. Lovely staff at the restaurant.

The lady at the check in seemed tired and wasn’t very friendly. Breakfast has quite small selection.

We stayed at the separate building for a night, it is classic guesthouse with rooms, clean and comfortable. Though some wooden furniture needs to be taken care of, we liked the room and all facilities, it was cosy for us + those room rates are cheaper. I enjoyed the breakfast a lot! It was delicious!

It seems that it was permitted to smoke before there, or guests smoked in the rooms cause it is a separate building. We could feel the old smell in common spaces, but not to that extend that it was unbearable. We are very sensitive to it! Opened the window right away and it was fine after.
