Hotel Savoy Špindlerův Mlýn

Everything! High class hotel that puts attention to details and quality with great value for money. Staff was very welcoming, room was big clean and comfortable, shampoo and soap at fine quality, we had small welcome gifts on our arrival: chocolate for adults but also for our daughters.Restaurant food for dinner and breakfast was delicious.We stayed at summer a family of 4, as a resting point during a multi day hike, it was a relaxing and refreshing stay, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. I would give an extra bonus point if I could.

Nothing! Was amazing experience Will just note that when connecting my phone to the room speaker it got disconnected few times (not sure if it related to my iPhone or the speaker or some interference)

Location

First of all, the hotel's standard is not the best.. but what made it worse was the receptionist in the morning, I think her name is Ori…, her treatment was bad and the reception was worse to the point that when she finished registering the data, she threw the passport on the table and attacked her in the face. Also when checking out, her treatment was very bad and this note was actually presented to her upon leaving. No AC. You should pay the parking.

We had a wonderful short stay at Hotel Savoy with our small family (myself, my husband, our baby and our dog). We loved the warm welcome in the way of personalised messages and gifts for our baby and also a blanket / blowls and treats for our pet. The restaurant is amazing and we loved the breakfast buffet as well as enjoyed a tasty a la carte dinner (our waitress was lovely)!

The facility is a bit dated, particularly the room furniture / carpet and the kids room in the basement. The facility in the spa is very limited to sauna, which is a shame.

Very good themes, famous actors all over the hotel. Very spacious rooms, reception staff very friendly and helpful.

No steam sauna. Wellness Spa not that good,

Beware of this hotel!

My opinion could have been good, if the attitude of the hotel at check-out was not shocking!!Check-out was at 11:00 and I arrived at the check-out counter at 11:20For the 20 minutes "late" the hotel demanded a payment of 65 euros and the receptionists fought with me to the point where I demanded that they call the police because I felt like I was being robbed.As soon as I demanded that they bring the police, they waived the payment.

Nice hotel in a quiet area on order to reach to ski slopes you need a ride.

Wonderful and caring staff, perfect location of the hotel, it's clear that the management pays a lot of attention to details, making the guests' stay ideal. The breakfasts are abundant with a variety of food for every taste, and the hotel restaurant is delicious. A great place to spend weekends with family and friends.

Rude and lazy staff, originally lied about not accepting a payment method because it was inconvenient for her to do it. While different staff did it without problems.room (dirty carpet), very expensive massages/ jacuzzi

Breakfast was as advertised very good Beds are comfortable pillows are soft.

Restaurant could improve their menu as there were not many choices without shellfish or sashimi.

Rooms are bigger than standard, nicely euqipped. Welcome drink and chocolate pralines is great forst impression.

The place is fabulous .. it was like heaven .. it is a bit away of city but that exactly what i was looking for. The staff is very nice they did all efforts to make us happy. The hotel is very clean. There is a small play earea for kids that my kids enjoyed alot. Restaurant food is good. I would definitely visit it again and recommend it to my friends

The staff was not that experienced sometimes they did not have answers to our questions however they were very very nice and tried their best to help us.

Great atmosphere, we felt very welcomed. Really nice staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and definitely will come back.

The appearance from the outside feels somewhat like a village , but as soon as you enter the surprise is perfect. The hotel feels very luxurious and modern. Our room, 30 square meters of beauty, pleasure and indulgence. Starting with the huge and cozy bed through a great shower room equipped with quality soaps and shampoo. The dining room is beautiful and the breakfast is huge in variety in taste and quality of products.The staff was smiling, helpful and pleasant and deserves all the compliments. We had a great time at the hotel and really didn't want to leave. Thank you very much Uri Regev

Rooms are big, clean, little presents were left for a kid, some chocolate and drinks. The sauna was really nice
