Pros +
- Great location, the hotel itself is large and spacious. The wellness center had all the necessary amenities (spa, medium sized pool, fitness). The breakfast was very good, with many choices to choose from, tasty, although with little variety each day. The hotel is generally clean. The parking space by the hotel is safe, with many spots.
- Just the breakfast was good but hotel was disappointing.
- Location, room, children's playground inner and outer, staff.
Cons -
- The age of the hotel does start to show in some parts of it. While the rooms were clean, our supposedly fresh bedsheets were already stained. Staff at wellness should be more fluent in English. There is a fee for parking.
- There is a lot of misinformation on the booking about this hotel! I would not give even 3 starts for the stay, hotel staff wasn’t very helpful but very rude. - for sauna we have to pay extra per hour to use ( at the reception nobody told us about it) - blood stains on the bedding - extra bed was so old and dirty as hell - rooms are dirty, old furniture + very dirty bathrooms with mould. - jacuzzi is not working - extra 24 euros charge per day for a dog?! CRAZY - water in the pool cold
- The buffet was not quite as good as it should be, quite small choices of food, every day same and no complementary drink.

The buffet was not quite as good as it should be, quite small choices of food, every day same and no complementary drink.
We really enjoyed the hotel. It’s very cozy, kids friendly and it has a nice breakfast. The restaurant food is also very tasty and a good value for money. The only problem for me was that there was only one vegetarian option.
the food, the room, the view from the room and facilities were great.
the room wasn't soundproofed enough, I could hear everything from the corridor, especially screaming kids at 7 am. Some of the staff was extremely nice, some were not friendly
Right next to the slopes. Ski school and rental equipment right there. Staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet was good and included in room. Night buffet really good. But expensive. It was also on the bus route from Prague so easy to get to.
Food and room more expensive than quality offered. Whole area is like that. Also once I checked out at 11 am no longer had door access to the ski rental equipment return door. Had to ask for help to get in. The a la cart restaurant had limited selections. For other lunch selections you need to take the free ski bus service to the downtown
The staff was nice courteous and professional the breakfast was very nice.My room were very clean well designed and put together I really liked my stayThe indoor pool and spa was very good!
Convenient hotel location, tasty breakfast, good sauna, comfortable beds
The radiators in the room don’t work when the heating is turned on, and they make annoying noises, which disturbed my rest. The room was not cleaned for 5 days. The dinner selection was quite poor. The jacuzzi automatically turns on every 10 minutes. The reception didn’t provide information about payments, we paid for the sauna in the wellness area, but the reception asked us to pay again, insisting that we pay for the bar drinks by presenting a signed receipt in my name, even though I hadn’t visited the bar, which was unpleasant. They didn’t apologize and spoke disrespectfully
Delicious and various food during breakfast and evenings, kid friendly and play zones, friendly staff everywhere, very comfortable ski rental and lockers, swimming pool, nice little things like fast check in and check out, incredible perfumed soap with pinia aroma, welcome present to our kid
Icy parking and entrance from the road hard for walking till ski school, no elevator till ground floor

The hotel is not worth the money. The rooms need repair, the staff is very unhelpful. It is also surprising that all information in the hotel is only in the local language, the staff does not speak or understands English very poorly. The restaurant in the hotel is very bad. The portions are very small, the food is heated and not fresh. The worst part of this stay was that the hotel is completely unsuited for ski guests. We had to dry our shoes in the room because the hotel does not have a room for that. There are not enough parking spaces at all, and you have to carry your belongings from a long way, climbing up the mountain.
The hotel is just by the slope, great place for family with kids.
Two major problems we faced:- Two limited edition IQOS devices (steve Aoki) were picked up from the room (were placed among other standard iqos devices so the one who took them knows they are rare items). No any stranger accessed the room except the room service. I have asked the reception few times and the answer immediately was “we don’t know” without bothering to check for a sec. BE AWARE OF YOUR STUFF IN THE ROOM.- Our boys got food poisoning after having one dinner at the place. Breakfast was mono but safer to go to the city for dinner.
The food, the atmosphere, the facilities
It is a bit far away from the center
Breakfast was satisfactory.
We booked a weekend getaway for our anniversary in this wellness hotel. Due to the high price (140€/3,500Kc per night) and nice reviews, we had good expectations on the hotel overall, but unfortunately, these were not met for a number of reasons:The pool was small and cold. The jacuzzi was only 36 grades and super small and always packed; occupied by other guests, included children. You also had to pay extra for bathrobes and for the sauna. In the room, the mattresses were 2 single ones put together, so there was a hole in the middle, and for couples this is uncomfortable, especially when booked a double room in advance. Some furniture was old, and need replacement with more modern one. Besides, they repeatedly turned off the heating at night and also during the day, because (they say) it was centralised. We booked half-board, so dinner was included. However, food choice was poor at dinner and NO drinks (not even tap water) was offered. We were told by the staff that we had to pay for it extra. Well, again, for 140€/3,500Kc per night, I expect some soft drinks or water to be offered for dinner, when paying half-board.By contrast, the breakfast was good, but after 9am, the staff were not refilling the pots and pans with new food/drinks.The welcome drink was just one glass of prosecco (1 dl) or a small beer, and the welcome coffee consisted of only 1 normal espresso or 1 espresso lungo. (again, for 140€/3,500Kc per night, we expected much more than this poor choice). PS: Only one person was at the bar with lots of customers, so the wait was very long, even to be served a simple coffee or a glass of prosecco. They should employ more staff, especially at peak times. The hotel is located in a nice area and reachable by public transport, although a bit far from the centre and the slopes - but unfortunately, the standards and service received (stinginess on everything) do not justify the high price per day/per night.
It was ok. The food was really good in the restaurant. But the service in the lobby restaurant was awful. The service in the dining room was pleasant. The breakfast was ok.
The pool was cold. And the smell of the chlorid was strong.
Location was perfect, activities for kids, breakfast
Staff at the reception
The localisation, the staff most speak English and are very friendly
The double bad was two beds together, there was a hole in the middle, really hard to sleep. My back was distorted. The sauna was not included in the package. The reception didn't explain, we asked where it was and we twas just informed when we did check out.The water in the swimming pool was very cold and the jacuzzi works only half of it.
Nice restaurant and bar. Friendly Staff. It was a nice stay.
Close to skiing lift
Small room. They said sauna will be included, but we needed to pay extra for it
Good treatements at the wellness centre
Bit far from main slopes. There’s one next to it but for most of the action you need to take a skibus. Bit outdated too. Spa (saunas) are subpar, the steam sauna smell of mold a bit and the finnish sauna is just a hot and dry room - no way to throw water at the hots rocks.
Very good
We were informed that sauna is not available - we paid for superior room to use it but it turned out that we were supposed to book sauna separately days jn advance. No information about that was to be found in the room reservation.
