Harmony Hotel

The hotel offers wide range of activities to do, golf simulation, table tennis etc etc, for most you need to pay, but the core price for the stay was lower than other **** hotels. They also have their own animator girl (Dory) who was always fun to be around and kept guests who wanted occupied with entertainment. Breakfast was amazing, and at the time of our check out - we mentioned one problem we had during our stay. Adam at the reception took initiative and called the director Mr Fulín and we were touched how much they cared to solve our problem. We left with the impression they care about their clients satisfaction.

I can’t agree with the dinner not having included water nor any drink in the price. Also filtered water welcoming you at the room would be appropriate. Also we didn’t feel 100% welcomed at first when we arrived (we looked like hikers).

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. While the staff, rooms, and facilities were generally fine, we were surprised by how many extra charges there were, including for the sauna, pool, and jacuzzi, parking, and even basic items like body lotion and hair conditioner were not included. Even tap water was not included at dinner, which felt unreasonable. And while the prices weren’t excessively high, we expected more to be included with the room, as many basic amenities required additional payment.Although the hotel offers ski-in/ski-out access, we weren’t able to enjoy it due to the lack of snow.On a positive note, the wellness center and sauna were excellent, despite the additional fee. And the ski rental staff member was also great, extremely kind and professional.We also enjoyed the service at the lounge bar in the evenings.

The Sauna place was really nice, plenty of activities like gym, bowling, ...The place is clean.

It's totally overpriced for what it is and everything costs extra, even the parking (350 per day).The facility is not worthy of such a price (10k czk). After 2 nights of stay we ended up paying an extra 4500czk.The hotel restaurant is terrible and overpriced, 350czk for poor reheated carbonara pasta...I don't recommend this hotel for such price.

The location is easy to reach. It is in walk-distance to all the attractions. Good breakfast, pleasant staff

- The heating in the rooms are managed by ladies on reception, even when I asked them to low the temperature, it was so hot. - Dinner buffet is specific to Czech cuisine and has little options to choose.- everything is paid on top of stay price: parking, wellness, bowling, boulder area etc- baby aqua zone smells of chlorine too much, you could barely breath there. My son was coughing all the time- main pool is quite chilly, not comfortable for children

Welcoming staff, various breakfast, clean rooms, connected rooms are very comfortable for 3-5 people, clean comfortable pool, read detailed description for the additional fees, exceptional views from rooms and terrace , various kinds of kids attractions at the hotel, the playground outside is excellent for kids!! Bobovka and monkey park walking distance. We were at the end of August and the last day was raining, but previous days - excellent weather, comfortable to walk.

About location one thing - the nearest restaurants are at least 10-15 min walking, and when you go back to the hotel - you go up! The hotel is located on top of some mount :)))) but walking around is a nice experience. One more minor issue - some evening there was an employee at reception that doesn't speak English, that was a bit difficult, we had to use Google translate :))

Pokoje trochu opotrebovane vybaveni, ale vse funkcni. Cisto. Vecere + snidane v poradku, vyber siroky. Lokalita top - Spindl, ale klid, hned za hotelem les. Wellness mensi, ale postacuje. Boulder stena. Expozice byvaleho protiatomoveho krytu.

Parkoviste za 350 uz je dost prepalene.

Breakfast was very nice. It's well equipped and clean.

Access without a car maybe a little inconvenient.

Checkout at 10 am was too early.Extra charges for wellness were high.

The location was just superb and we enjoyed the view every morning! The family room was as described and so were the facilities!Kids friendly - loved the bouldering room and the playrooms for the kids. The bunker exhibition was nice as well.

Some parts of the rooms were run down a bit and could use some overhauling.Construction was ging on and if you stayed there the whole day , it could be annoying!

Amazing hotel, with an old eastern european charm. Good restaurant, big rooms, friendly staff, close to ski slope, ski rental on the spot, all you need for kids too

The extra payment for parking and few other things

High-level ski hotel. Well managed—you can see it in every small detail. Excellent and varied breakfast, friendly staff, and direct, convenient access to skiing!

This is not a complaint, but rather a note for those who should know in advance that there is a separate charge for the spa, pool, and parking.I knew this beforehand, so I wasn’t surprised.Additionally, the mattress is a spring mattress, which personally I find less comfortable, but it might be fine for others.

the guy in the kids club was amazing, Made the time with the kids be very well. Restaurant was also nice. locaton for ski is the best you can have.

Very comfortable stay. The room was roomy & cozy.Staff were super friendly and spoke English.Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. Something for everyone even with the strictest of diets.Lots to do - from sport to relaxation. Great for pets, children & couples. Covered parking as well.

When booking, I used filters like parking, spa, queen bed, and gym to narrow down my choices. I got this Harmony Hotel. In reality, a queen bed is two single beds pulled together without even a bridge and cover. The gym, spa, and parking were at extra cost.Simply, what is the point of having filters and getting a hotel of your choice at a competitive price when, on the spot, you have to pay extra for all the conveniences that were your preference?
